  1. I received my package a bit ago, Have not opened it. Have to admit Holiday's are depressing right now, Oldest daughter is choosing to stay home, oldest son is in Germany and the hardest thing I had to do was mail his and his families presents there. I am beat and worn down. Although I did send mine off today and tracking sent. So all of you in my Gotta deal family have a Merry Christmas

  4. It was the first time at Lowes on Friday for a sale, I got 4 plants at .50 and a Christmas tree in and out in 10 minutes
  5. For the past 30 years we have always had a real tree, we have gone out in the cold looking for it and cutting it down. This year with half my children having their own families and not being here. One is in Germany with his family stationed there in the Air Force. The other is staying in Indiana with her partner. The two younger ones are in College and have busy schedules. So I learned a lot about fake trees, lights points and what not and looked at trees in the store but none were what I like. Plus I have a hard time with change. Yesterday morning I went to Lowes and bought this one still deciding if I am in love but it's growing one me and first time tree is up day after Thanksgiving and will decorate around it. It came in three pieces branches attached, over 3000 points and it was on sale

They will have an appetizer or two Turkey Ham mashed tators sweet potatoes casserole Mac and Cheese stuffing 2 kinds green been casserole corn Casserole Carrots rolls Gravy and several desserts Pumpkin cheesecake pie Banana blueberry pie caramel banana pie Pilgrim hat cookies plain ole pumpkin pie Residents are suppose to make a dish to pass but that never really happens since they are on a fixed budget This always takes place the Weds before Thanksgiving. Then Thursday I will do the family that menu is slightly different

Tender noodles in a velvety sauce for the perfectly irresistible dish!! INGREDIENTS 12 oz dry macaroni 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup flour 1 1/2 cups milk 1 cup light cream about 10-12% MF 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder 1 teaspoon onion powder salt & pepper to taste 1 can condensed cream of cheddar soup optional 10.75oz 4 cups sharp cheddar divided 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and run under cold water. Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Whisk in flour and let cook 2 minutes while stirring. Slowly whisk in cream, milk, mustard powder and onion powder. Cook over medium heat while stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese & 3 cups cheddar cheese until melted. Add soup if using. Toss cheese sauce & macaroni noodles together. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 18-24 minutes or until bubbly. Do not over cook. Cool 10-15 minutes before serving.

Put peanut butter on one small plate and crushed Reese's Pieces on another. Dunk tops of two cocktail glasses in peanut butter then roll in crushed Reese's Pieces. Drizzle about a tablespoon of chocolate syrup into each glass. Divide cocktail mixture between glasses and garnish each with a peanut butter cup.

In large bowl combine butter, half of the jalapeno, oregano, basil, garlic powder, 1/2 cup cheddar, 1/2 cup Gouda, Parmesan and cut Rhodes rolls. When mixed transfer to 9 inch spring-form pan that has been coated with nonstick baking spray. Cover pan with plastic wrap and allow dough to double in size; depending on heat and humidity 2-3 1/2 hours. When doubled in size add remaining cheddar, Gouda and jalapenos to the top of the rolls. Cover the bottom of the spring-form pan with aluminum foil to catch any dripping butter. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until the rolls are done in the middle of the pan.
