Free Samsung A21 phone. Went to pay my bill online yesterday and there was the offer. I had been upgrade eligible for a while and my S9 was starting to have issues, but I didn't want to pay for another phone. So Free caught my eye and I got it.

Got up early and went to DG this morning. Neither of our stores was participating and had zero of the merchandise that was advertised. I called surrounding counties and none of them are participating this year either. I always get the Christmas PJs, toys, sleep pants. I had like 10 items on my list and got nothing but toliet paper. So disappointed.

I think its gone too. I used to look so forward to the early morning rush, standing in line, the thrill of seeing if you could get the item you went for. This year, I might as well work that day (always have to use a vacation day for it). I already bought all the items online during the early sales. No need to even go to the stores. Aww the memories of years past and the fun it was.

I miss it too. This year, I have agreed to help my daughter move over Thanksgiving weekend since going into stores will be slim. I can take breaks and shop online. Plus she lives in the absolute middle of nowhere! But Prime day and Kohl's have helped me knock out most of my list already. But i do miss getting up at 3 am and standing outside in the cold waiting for Fred's to open at 5 am, then making the mad rush to our Walmart for when they would start at 6 am. Fun times.

Ok Prime Day is killing me. I am at work today and my phone is constantly alerting me to deals. Spending more than I should but I keep telling myself Discover is giving you 5% back each time you order!!!

Ok new to the Kohl's game. We don't have one anywhere close by but I was approved for a Kohl's card yesterday. I saw where they had the Barbie dreamhouse for $199 with $60 Kohl's cash back. Does it make it a good deal? Does Kohl's cash spend like regular cash or does it have lots of exclusions? I was thinking I could spend the $60 on her some clothes for Christmas. Or should I try to find the dreamhouse cheaper elsewhere (Sam's Club has it for $175 now)?

Exactly... when I pulled up the list for 8-12 year olds it had 2 Blue's Clues stuffed animals. Really???? Do these kids even know about Blue's Clues or care? My 8 yr old don't.
