I don't think I've ever been this disappointed in a Kmart bf ad before.

I buy what I wanna buy for them. Hubby doesn't say anything about it. He has said in the past that we spend way too much on them but he know's thier gonna get it regardless.

We never did elf on a shelf but now I wish we had when my kids were younger. I never knew about it until my kids were too old for it. My now oldest went to see Santa for pictures once when he was younger. He cried and screamed bloody murder. Could never get him to go back. My youngest never even gave Santa a chance to begin with. They just never liked him, lol. We do pick a child from the angel tree. Sometimes we take 2. I like to pick one that is older in age because they seem to get left until last and I like to make sure they get some nice name brand shoes or clothes. While name brand doesn't matter much to the smaller kids, I know to the older ones it does mean a little more to have some of what others are wearing. I make tons of different candies to give out to friends and family. Not sure if I will this year though as it's very time consuming. We use to go looks at Christmas lights but that's pretty much stopped too. My kids are about grown now(well one is for sure) and the other never wants to go anywhere with us, lol. Shew, my kids are growing up and I'm getting old. Makes me sad.

I deep fried my turkey last year for the first time. It was sooo good. That's how I plan on doing it this year as well. My menu so far: turkey, dressing, broccoli casserole, sweet potatoes, green beans, mashed potatoes, velveeta shells n cheese, cranberry sauce, rolls, cole slaw, gravy and maybe potato salad. Not sure on the potatoe salad though as that's too many potato dishes but we all want a differnt one. Dessert so far: banana pudding, butterfinger cake(maybe). Not sure what else yet

Oh, the loot crate is a good one. Both my 19 yr. old and 12 yr. old love getting this.

Mine isn't too bad....This was a couple of years ago. I had my navy blue gottadeal shirt on at Walmart and I had numerous people come up to me asking me where things were located at. They thought I worked there. It was the shirt, lol. This was a couple of year ago too. This didn't happen to me but I was embarrassed for the girl. She was walking around Walmart checking out the pallets with her butt crack all out there for everyone to see. I mean, this was all out there. She had 2 teenagers(yeah, I know) following behind her recording it with thier phones. I know that must have went on youtube, lol. Oh, I just wanted to add...I was just about trampled over the cabbage patch kids one year. I got pushed by some lady, she got pushed back but it didn't go any further then that. We both got our cpk's,lol. Also the Monster HIgh dolls about got me killed one year too. I was in front of the pallet and when it was time to grab, I was literally pushed to the floor while everybody was going crazy over the dolls.

Against, but I will go out early if theres a big ticket item that I need/want.

People with thier shopping carts is a pet peeve of mine. Many years ago I used a shopping cart my first time BF shopping. It was my first and only time using a cart during BF. I said then, that it would never happen again and it hasn't. Another is children/teenagers. Young children shouldn't be out at that time of morning. It's also too dangerous for them. The teenagers..well most only go just to watch the action. I can't even tell you how many times I've heard them talking that thier only there to see people make idiots of themselves and that thier not there to purchase anything. I've seen them using thier phones to record people and they sit back and laugh about it. I mean, c'mon go home already. Just wanted to add another..It's when they start ripping the plastic off the items a minute or 2 before it's time. You can hear this going on all across the store but still you've got that one employee who is definately going by the rules and refuses to cut the plastic until it's time. This always seems to happen at my spot too, having to wait that extra 30 seconds while the rest of the store is grabbing what they want. I don't mind waiting until it's time but I do mind having to wait while others do not.

Gottadeal has helped me find unbelieveable deals. There is just way too many to mention but the very best deal for me was a $500 entertainment center with built in fireplace for $50. That was all thanks to Gottadeals website and the great people who find and post the deals. This site is the best for finding great deals.

Mine would have to be DO NOT take children with you. There are several reasons for this but mainly because it is not safe kids, espcially at Walmart.

So is this the exact same as the Fire tv that they already have? I have the fire tv so I was wondering if this does the same. I checked it out and it looks like it's pretty much the same thing. I went ahead and ordered one anyways though. I'm a sucker for a good deal, lol.

Where did you find this at? All I see is for 30gb and up.

I also have a 12 yr. old except she's a girl, lol. She wants new stuff for her room. She's mentioned a new desk/chair so we will probably go with a new makeover for her bedroom. She also wants new phone cases. Can't go wrong with clothes, perfume, makeup, jewelry(she has asked for an origami owl necklace and charms), itunes gift cards. She doesn't really do anything but stay on her phone CONSTANTLY!! They are so much harder to buy for as they get older. I miss buying toys. My nephew's first Christmas is this year so we will get to buy toys for him for quite some time. Buying toys for little boys is not as much fun as buying toys for girls, lol.

I would love to win this. Was thinking of buying one this holiday season but hopefully I won't have to now, lol.

I wonder why layaway is not the same everywhere this year? Hasn't it always been? Ours started August 29th and all items are eligible for layaway except food/parishable items. They have a sign up that says all items are eligble but I was still unsure so I asked a manager back in site to store the other day and she said ALL items were except food. Seems like it would be the same in all locations but I guess not. And gatorbug, layaway is still back in site to store for us.
