My closest Old Navy wasn't doing the .97 markdown. My friend in Mississippi (i'm in ATL) got 18 items for $18. I'm going to try the other ON later today if the rain ever lets up a little.

Thanks Fireman'sGal! I tried to get one at some consignment sales earlier this fall, but no luck. I'm going to see if I can hold out for a deal, as well!

VERY hit or miss. I've found one of my most favorite picture frames that displays my dd's baby picture at Tuesday Morning. I would cry if that frame were to get broken. My mom got my dd a Playmobil Dollhouse for $20 two weeks ago. It was small, but with every piece imaginable that goes inside the house. Very cute! I've gotten cute stationary and blank invites that I've used to print out my own invitations with. If they're on a clearance, I'll buy a few packs of various kind. Most of the time I just walk in there and walk back out, though. The thing is... you have to go back every so often just to see.

That's awesome b/c I will be in SC for BF. I've already called my mom to be prepared, and now with a tax free bonus! WOOHOO!

I'm so mad b/c I didn't listen to a friend of mine when they were only $20 at WM. I had my heart set on a wooden dollhouse for my DD3. Well... my friend's dollhouse is the first thing my girl goes for when we play at their house. She'll be disappointed in a wooden house. So, now I'm searching high and low for the same dollhouse. I would love to find it for $20 again. *kicking myself* Would love any leads! Greatly appreciated!

Hi... I'm Jackie. I'm so excited about finding this place, as I'm trying to turn over a new leaf on becoming more frugal. I'm not getting any younger, and neither is my husband, and we need to start budgeting our time and money a heckuva lot better. That doesn't mean that I get to stop spending money... not with a three year old in the house. That's why I'm happy to find sites like this to help me with my purchases. I only hope that I can be as resourceful as most of you seem to be! My husband is already giddy b/c I found the $3 magazine deal for OK Magazine, which is basically paying for one week's worth and getting a whole year. That is almost a hundred dollars saved right there! :)
