  8. the coach outlet in Wisconsin Dells had some GREAT deals last weekend... if you sign up for their mailing list, you'll get coupons in the mail as well also, check ebay, but be CAREFUL...LOTS of fakes out there
  9. well, they're about 1000 miles from me *LOL* I'm in Illinois
  10. the ones I've seen have been between 450 and 500 bucks...I'd like it to be under 400 if I can...I'll pop by the appliance stores near me and see what I can negotiate
  11. well, the one that I have now is a chest freezer...external dimensions make it 18.75 CF...I'll have to look at the actual model number to see what it's REALLY rated at... basically I want a basic refrigerator sized freezer
  12. Thanks Angelic...I'm looking for a larger one...13 CF+ I think...I didn't even think about walmart (since I don't usually shop there personally) I'll check it out though
  13. I'm looking for an upright freezer...our chest freezer works, but it's such a pain to search for stuff, and we end up with things like 7 year old apple pies, or 5 year old pizzas in there... anyone know of any deals?
  14. I generally use 202-456-1414 it's the white house
  15. they'll cancel your order...maybe give you a gift card (5 or 10 bucks) for your trouble... but probably not...
  16. what about the poor birds that were kicked out of the birch tree? :) j/k I couldn't resist because we've got a veganista out by me that's been causing troubles for others AND the vegan cause
  17. WOOHOO!! Worked like a champ....manager came over to override the price...asked why...I showed her the ad from Target...and then it prompted her for the gift card.... thanks OP
  18. oh, you've been a big help...you make a great point about the canister vacs...pulling around pebbles would be a BAD thing...and with a 3 year old, there's sure to be pebbles all over the place...and even those I can't see can do damage... back to the drawing board *LOL* Maybe I'll just go to WalMart and go for the dyson price matched to Target and get that 80 dollar gift card (if it works that is...otherwise I'll just go to Target) if anyone else has suggestions, please, let me know...
  19. no rugs to speak of...two runners in the kitchen is about it. We're looking for something that will last longer than a dirt devil...we have one now, and it's on its last legs... I'm actually leaning towards a canister vac now...
  20. that's a great deal... I might just try it tonight...since I'm getting a new vac for DW already...hopefully it will work
  21. I should mention that we'd prefer bagless...
  22. So, I'm getting DW a vaccuum for mother's day (actually, it's an excuse to get her a vaccuum...she's getting other stuff) but we have only hardwood floors. What would be the best vaccuum for that? I've been looking at the Dyson DC14 and DC24...we don't have any animals except for a terrier that doesn't shed... any suggestions for a sub 400 dollar vac?
  23. I'm looking for the scooby doo ones myself... can't seem to get them under 25 bucks or so shipped... crazyness
