  1. Ive been looking for a Deal on a Garage Heater for Hubby that Hooks directly to a propane line and not a propane cylinder. Hope to find one on clearence, but I may have to wait until april or May.

  6. Alot of us ordered some Pans from Macy's and we all got orders cancelled because they were out of stock, but still left the item online for hours for the price. You talking about hitting 12 on the rictor scale. I know the feeling, after you spend alot of time looking for the right thing to purchase, and it takes 2 to 3 days for the transaction to go thru to get credited back on your charge card. I would call corporate, they probably wont do anything, but I would ask if they would comphensate you for going thru all the trouble. Maybe they will give you a gift certificate or something. Doesnt hurt to ask. When this happens to me, Im always blowing my horn, because its not right. I think they should have to honor what they put online, just like they would have to in the stores.

  9. I just tried ordering and it wouldnt use the code. The customer service rep said there is not a 50% off coupon for Entire order, just for one item. Do you have a yellow and blue box code catalog code we should use? What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  12. I had called 3 times to get my price adjustment. The first 2 times they couldnt do it because the system was updating, then I just called again, and when they went to the tree, it was no longer available, and at first she wasnt going to give me my adjusted price. I explained I had talked to 2 other customer service reps, and they told me no problem, call back when the system was finished updating. The 2nd service rep said that you can price adjust up to 30 days. As far as the 3rd rep....it has to be shown online for the lower price. Anyways..all in all, I got my 10 bucks diff back. Right now, the tree is showing unavailable.
  13. I ordered my set yesterday and got them today. I just took out all the info on the pans to see if anything was said about flat surface's and nothing at all was mentioned in the pamphlets. Im not sure, but I have a flat surface also.If I find out anything, I will let you know.
  14. Hey guys, I just talked to an amazon customer service rep, about getting my 10 bucks back from the christmas tree I ordered yesterday for 49 bucks and its now 39 bucks. They said it was no problem and you can do this up to 30 days of an item you bought. Sounds kinda interesting. Of course their system has been updating for 2 hours now, but they said they could do that with no problem. Thought I would pass this along, thats why they wanted you to go ahead and order, then call them and they would credit your account for the difference.

  16. I just ordered the Thomas Picani Christmas tree yesterday for 49 bucks, and got up this morning to find it 39 bucks, I emailed them to see if they would give me the 10 diff. I sure hope so.

  18. I ordered one yesterday also. Im kinda anxious to see if everyone liked their tree, after the reviews posted. I almost didnt order it myself with the posted reviews, but did so anyways. Im hoping Im not disappointed, but things are looking up with the posted reviews here. Thanks alot of the posts. Wow..its only 39 bucks now? Guess I should of waited one more day. I have a prelit tree now, but its time to lay it to rest, and will be looking forward to putting up this new tree next year.

  21. Wow!! I just went to the site to show my Hubby what he just bought for me and the price had gone up to 179.99. Im glad I ordered when I did.
