I'm in the Mahatma Rice campaign right now. They sent a 2lb. bag of white rice, a 2 lb. bag of brown rice, and 10 free coupons for a 2 lb. bag of white rice and 10 free coupons for a 2 lb. bag of brown rice to give away. I thought that was pretty good. Now I just need to find it. One person that I gave a coupon to said the only place she can locate it so far is at Safeway - and they only had a sign on the shelf that said "coming soon".

Our school also does basket raffles. We have had:
-Baby Basket
-Family Fun Night (board games)
-Family Movie Night
-Bread Basket (all different types of gourmet breads)
-Cooking Basket
-Cleaning Supplies
-Disney themed
-Dog (or cat) themed basket
-Cozy on Up (a throw, book, coffee or hot chocolate)
-Fun in the Sun (the basket was a cooler and kids toys were put it in. Got lots at the dollar store - jump rope, sidewalk chalk, beach towel, suntan lotion, etc.) Could easily adapt to any age.
-Spaghetti Dinner (all the makings)
-Scrapbooking (went over really well)
That's all I can think of at the moment. Maybe more will come to me later. :)

I purchased 4 and have received them. They are ok. Not great, but for the price they are good. Then when I toss them, I won't feel bad that I spent too much on them.

Is it worth getting the Keurig if I only drink hot chocolate?
I would also say no. We have a Keurig. Hubby drinks coffee, I don't. Recently at the shopping mall, they were giving away free cups of whatever you wanted to sample. I tried the hot chocolate (Green Mountain). I didn't care for it. I thought it didn't have much flavor. I won't be buying the hot chocolate.

I'd be interested, but don't order much to make it worth that much. What is the cost per person? How many can you add?
I'd be interested too, but I also don't order that much. After looking at it online, it costs $79 a year, and you can add up to 4 people. The individual membership does state those 4 are suppose to be living at the same address. Then there is a corporate amazon prime that lets you also list up to 4 people that are coworkers who do not reside together, but I couldn't find if the price of that type was also $79 or not. 4 people going in together on $79 (for $20 a person) sounds better than the whole $79.

Amazon has the personal in black for $79.95 with free shipping. We have this in our camping trailer and love it. Much better than cleaning a coffee pot in a small sink and dealing with coffee grounds. :)

We bought the coveralls last January too when they were really cheap, but these prices are still good. Picked up one more pair and a jacket also as hubby just loved them! :)

The jacket was cute. Got that for $11.14 shipped using the above code. Then I used another code I had and got 2 t-shirts for a total of $12.66 shipped. The other code to use is: 777000738 It is also for $15 off of $25. And since shipping is free, it didn't matter that I broke it up into two orders!

A year ago I purchased the LG Steamwasher and dryer from Best Buy. It was my first purchase from the LG brand. I was a little hesitant, just because I haven't owned anything LG before and didn't know anyone that did to ask them how they liked the brand. I run at least a load of laundry a day through them and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. I haven't had anything go wrong with them. I would definitely recommend and purchase LG again. :) The only thing we did do was I didn't spend the extra money on the pedestals that they can sit on. My washer/dryer is in the garage, so I don't need anything fancy. After living with them about a month, hubby built me a plywood box that we just painted white to sit them up on so they were raised up off the floor.

I have 2 gold keys that expire within the next month, what do you think my chances are of getting to use them?
I had internet problems and was not able to get online hardly at all for the past 3 months, so even if there had been opportunities, I missed them.
I had 2 golden keys that both expired last June. I was never given the opportunity to use them.
