  1. So I went in to Kohl's tonight to scope out and plan my attack for Friday morning. There were signs everywhere for the sale on Friday, but unfortunately, my store would not let me purchase anything at the Friday sale price. I was bummed, but I understood. Can't wait for Friday!
  2. LimitedToo had some other items like notebooks, buttons, books and gift sets. With the B1G1 free and the 30% off, there are some definite deals. Look under the "All Girl Stuff" Good Luck!
  3. I had no idea you culd get BF deals on Wednesday PM. Thanks for the post. Dos anyone know if you can put BF items on hold Wednesday PM to pick up on Friday AM? Obviously not the Doorbuster items since they won't be out, but might save some time. . . Thanks for your help!
  4. Thanks for the ad Brad. I was really hoping they would have some great deals on more movies like Kung Fu Panda and Wall-E. Looks like KFP is for Blu-ray only.
  5. Thank you so much for the ad MeMyselfI and for posting it Brad. I think the color wonder stuff is awesome, and this might be one of the best deals yet. The R/C Batcopter looks awesome. I might just have to go and check it out. Bummer that the sale starts at 3P.M. on Friday. Most kids are out of school by then!
  6. Depends on which games. TRU just had their Buy 2 Get 1 game free event, but they might do it again. And of course, there are always some deals on Black Friday. We'll know more once the TRU, Best Buy and Target ads are available.
  7. For those interested in the Batman Lego sets, I found 2 different sets at Sams Club OL. One set was a bundle with 2 sets (a Robin set and a set that included Mr. Freeze) for around $24 and then another Lego set that was Harley Quinn and her hammer truck for around $24. In stores (if they are in stock) I have seen the Harley Quinn truck anywhere from $29.99 to $39.99 and the Robin set from $19.99 to $24.99. The set with Mr Freeze has been around $9.99 everywhere, but it is never in stock. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much for the info!
  9. That was really awesome to watch! Congratulations BigJim and WTG Gotta Deal!
  10. I remember getting The Little Mermaid and Cars for dirt cheap at TRU a few years ago. I am hoping that this year, more stores (like Target) will do the same. This year I need to get Kung Fu Panda, Wall-E and Sleeping Beauty.

RealLivePrincess: I was hoping you could help answer a question for me. My mom recently opened an account at Kohls and they gave her a few of the 15% off coupons to use at a later date, but the cashier never put a date on the bottom of any of the coupons. My mom gave me one and I have been holding onto it to use for BF. Will Kohls let me use it? Thanks for your help!
  12. Well it depends on where I'll be camping out. If I know it might get ugly with the crowds, just some jeans, sweatshirt, brass knuckles and maybe my Uggs. But Uggs don't really don't hurt if you have to step on someone's foot, so maybe something with a heal. . .
  13. I think it is better to get a few ads at a time. That way you aren't bombarded all at once and have the possibility of missing something. With a few at a time, you get to soak in all the info and plan out your course of attack. The next few weeks are going to be so exciting!
  14. For my DS7, I normally dress him in Quiksilver, Billabong and Element. All his Ts/Jackets/Hoodies are bought at Macy's on sale or Ross or Marshalls. I find that the clothes last a long time (at least 2 seasons) and keep well for my DS1, who is wearing some of his brother's old clothes. As far as pants, Levi, Gap or Gymboree. Love the adjustable waistbands. That is for his school clothes. All his play clothes are from Kohls or Walmart. When is comes to DD5, I have a harder time buying for her. I normally buy her school clothes at Kohls, Gymboree (I have an outlet around me) or Childrens Place. My daughter is in Kindergarten, but wears a size 7, so it is hard finding clothes that fit her age, KWIM? I want my little girl to be a little girl for as long as possible, but it is hard when all the clothes are HSM or Hannah Montana. Most of her play clothes are WalMart or Kohls. As for my little one, he is mostly Carters with some Baby Gap thrown in there. But like I mentioned above, I have a lot left over from my older son.
  15. Thank you for this post! I think I saw a Tuesday Mornings opening up around me. Or at least a sign saying they were coming! Thanks again!
  16. I remember deals, but not any specifics. Sorry. I too am VERY interested this year since DS wants a Batman Lego set.
  17. Thanks for the rec. I'll check out ALDI. If anyone is looking for the Littlest Pet Shop playsets, I found the huge house playset for $23.99 at Ross, and also saw it Marshalls for the same price. They had a few of the smaller little playsets also at Ross and Marshalls that ranged from $4.99 and $5.99. Oh and Boscovs, I ordered a few of the little animals for $2.99, but my order was cancelled because they ran out of stock. Bums me out especially since if you still go to the site, the price is the same and the animals that were cancelled are still listed!
  18. Not sure what time is best to get the doorbusters, but if you can, see if you can get someone to shop with you. What DH and I do is one of us shops, the other stands in line to check out. Saves oodles of time since checkout at TRU can take FOREVER!
  19. For the deals at Kohls, I don't care if it is in the snow, pouring rain or at 3AM. I will be there with bells on (and tons of caffeine in my system! )

RLP so AWESOME that you are here to help again this year. Your info rocked last year and I was so thankful for all your help. Love Kohls and it is always one of my first BF stops! Thanks again!
  21. How AWESOME would this be if the retailer actually follows through! Its really cool that people are finally understanding how powerful this site is. I know that if the ad is leaked, I for one will put the retailer on my "Must-Get-To" list for BF.
  22. WoW! Thanks for all the info! I went OL to Boscovs, and the deals were awesome, but the shipping was pretty high. Wasn't able to find a shipping deal, so I'll be happy to wait for BF!
  23. Thank you to everyone for the information. I need to get DD out into the stores to see what she wants before I buy, so that way I am fully prepared for BF. Thanks again!
  24. So my DD5 is starting to like the Littlest Pet Shop. I found some great deals at the HasbroToyShop with their current 20% off coupon, but I was wondering, from now until Christmas (including Black Friday) does anyone remember the Littlest Pet Shop being an item that was on sale? We are looking at buying the LPS House, so it is around $39.99 normally, but being that this is our first year, I wanted to know the sale history before making my pruchase at the Hasbro site. Thank you for your help!
