Yes the brand is a Seki.(not 100% positive).My DH works at Sears and he believes thats the brand.Its worth all of about $97 too.He said daily ppl return them for various reasons.

yeah he has a Ipod touch and hes in high school.He also has a e-reader(still in the box).lol

Funny thing he didnt ask for one at all. Im just trying to find something to buy him that he doesnt have already.I just figured having a tablet(touch screen) would be fun to use.So"android" im guessing isnt that good?ISnt the kindle for books?He isnt going to download books and movies on it.Just surf the web and take school notes.

So difference in price is size and speed? So a $100 tablet will do what a $500 one will be it just may nt have a camera or sd slot and have memory differences? The reason im asking is my sons first laptop was a netbook and it did the same exact thing my $800 laptop did except his didnt have a harddrive.He could watch movies listen to music and everything.So im thinking a cheap tablet has the same capabilites as a expensive one just nt all the bells and whistles.

Can someone tell me the difference in a tablet versus a ipad.My son has a laptop but he wants something more portable for school.No games or anything on it just be able to surf the web and take notes on it.TY.Im guessing a $500 ipad compared to a $100 tablet has to have some major differences.

OMG i remember 17 years ago i stood on line at Caldor for 17 hours to get one of these for my neice.I was 3 months pregnant and didnt even know it.Was sicker than heck and didnt know why.Glad my kids are too old for "the hot toy" now.I kinda miss the excitement though.lol

My Dh scored big last night.Our Sears was clearancing out their electronics department and we scored a few Tom Toms for $35.They were the Tom Tom XXl 5. screen the ones that are a daily deal right now on ebay refurbished for $59. Also the Sony pocket silver readers 5.0 screen for $35.Gonna be a few happy relatives on Christmas morning.Might wanna check out your local Sears.YMMV.

Well yes and no.I mean this item has been on sale everywhere for the past month but im not taking a chance on it.if we want one im sure their must be others that also want it.As far as Target is concerned this is only the second time they have had this deal w/the $40 GC.trust me ive been watching so to just play it safe im getting there early.Only reason i LOVE this deal so much is the 10% coupon.It makes the Ipod $140.So yeah i think there will be a "gathering" for it.
