I remember the B&BW in UT had their $5 sale right after Christmas. It was the bomb I stocked up on wallflower inserts and am just using up my very last one now lol.

Bummer.....if I had someone to watch DS I would go early early in the morning and see what the one close to me has...theres always next year.

Guess I am gonna have to get my butt over to kmart and check out some of these deals on T-day.

I wish I could be content with just buying gift cards hehe. I love hunting what I want down and wrapping it too much. I am just gonna go the route of shipping big stuff and packing unwrapped left overs in my luggage.

Nope, I like the whole prep and work of putting things up and taking them down(not as much as putting them up of course!). If I had a big house that I put alot of lights up on maybe I would end up leaving them up too. On base though we have to have them off by a specific date, not like they inforce it lol.

He's got some little tykes toys so far...still lots to buy!

I don't think I have ever had anything to regift...maybe I'm way to easy to please lol.

My Mom was a health nut growing up so we used to leave all sorts of stuff for santa not just milk and cookies, some times crackers and cheese or veggies and dip lol

Traditions my Mom did when I was a kid and I am gonna be doing with our kids.... Watch Miracle on 34th St We are Cajun so we read the Cajun Night Before Christmas, Story of Jesus' birth and the story of Old Saint Nick. We get to open one gift before bed. Leave thank you notes for Santa along with munchies and carrots for the reindeer. I saw this little skelleton Christmas key at Hallmark I want to get as a stocking stuffer for my son. It says your supposed to leave it hung on your front door if you don't have a chimmney or want to give Santa a break from coming down it, lol. I thought it was cute so that will be a new tradition we start.

Just DH and DS....I will be at my MIL's this year so if she dosent do anything I will probably do one for her and my FIL and DH's brothers.

I'm not trying to get the doorbusters or hot items so we will just get up when we feel like it and probably mozey out the door around 7ish.

Well thats good to know, cuz I need to get a little fake tree this year too :) This is the first year I have had the bucks to splurge on decorations since I have been married. DH wont know what hit him next year hehe. I will be in another state the most of Dec which is why I want to get it done before I leave. Thanks Brad :) WOW, awesome listl.

I heard an advertisement for CompUSA and they did a Midnight Madness I believe last Fri or say where they had a percentige off most stock. No clue if ours are doing it BF or not.

Yeah, I have a halloween wreath on the door, which will be replaced by a Thanksgiving one then Christmas. I am in an apartment so I dont decorate outside but inside I have my little ceramic pumpkins out and decorate the rest of the place with silk fall leaves and a cornicopia and so on.

I had Netflix but I canceled just cuz I wasnt using it enough but I liked it alot, will start it back up when DH returns from Iraq. My Mom has BB and she loves it cuz her package includes being able to rent from the store if she wants to. Not sure how it works but it sounds nifty. Either one I think is a really good gift idea :)

I have Pumpkin spice pods in my wallflowers right now and it smells SOOO good. I got some cinnamon spice ( I think thats the name) pods for when these run out...both very yummy and festive.

He gets spoiled since he is the first and only grand kid right now so from us he is getting one gift from DH and I, one from Santa and some cloaths.

No, not a ton I like to frame things mostly like windows, doors and garage door and along the edge of the roof with lights and or greenery and bows.

I was in our Costco the other day and they don't have the advent calendar yet They didnt have all their Christmas stuff up so maybe I will get lucky in the next few weeks.....not like it isn't early or anything

I started to collect them when I was a kid but I didnt follow threw, not sure if my Mom still has my old ones or not. I am gonna start up again with them this year :) When DH comes home I want him to make a narrow display table for me to set up during the holiday's...need it made extra tall so the kidlets can't get their hands on it hehe.

I think the items should have a point system and there are "secret" items hidden amongs the other stuff that are super deals but if you find them can ear mega points for an awesome final prize.
