I went to kmart for the disney cameras too......was one of the 1st ones back there & was told they never came in!! I never thought of asking for a raincheck......darn!

Well that's a tough one, when I was a substitute carrier I would always take the gift to the regular but I know that is not always the case, unfortunatley!! But on the other hand if you are the t-6 (the replacement carrier on 5 different routes for the regulars day off) then most of the regulars would give them 20% of what they got, not always easy to break up but the regular would usually somehow show their appreciation to their helper!! My advice is to find out when your regular carriers day off is & don't leave it out that day or catch them in person, then you know for sure they got it. & also if you do leave something most of them will acknowledge it w/ a card , if you don't get one they may not have received the gift.

LOL.....yep mine use to decorate the same way, They are almost 6,9,& almost 12 this year so we'll seethis year!!:)

My order for the camera & frame were cancelled either late last night or early this morning,I did'nt pay attention to the time & date on the email but @ first I was upset......well I still am but just found out that my cc company put a hold on my card due to so much activity, I only use this card this time a year so it probally threw up a red flag but whatever they should know people are xmas shopping!!! So anyway I'm now wandering if that's why it got cancelled?? I would have been nice for them to give me a email w/ a change of payment or something....I don't know I guess I should call Sears & see if that's what happened!! O'well I'm sure there will be another deal another day, right,lol!!!

I was a mailcarrier for 9 years & my husband still is ........ finding anything in the mailbox for you is great, but def. not expected!! Some of the things that stick out & were great were gc for local fast food (close to the route) so you could get a free lunch. Most places sell them for as little as $5 & at a fast food place that usually covers the bill!! Not to sound rude but I was always leary of homebaked goods unless I really knew the people, but I'm very picky about my food, when I did receive some I would just take it back to the office & lay it in the breakroom for other carriers to help themselves! Over the years me & my husband have gotten many things & it did'nt matter if it was a simple card or an expensive gift they were all appreciated the same.......just to know someone thought of you!!:)

I just got a email from sears saying they were canceling my order...my cc would not be charged!! & to think I was really excited & thought I was done searching for cameras:(

I'm waiting on my confirmation email......it said it will give the details of when you can pick it up on there. Hopefully it will be ready this week!!

Well I went ahead & took the bait......it's for my parents just to play around with, my dad is still using 35 mm, so I think this will do for his needs! If they like it alot they can upgrade to a better camera later.......:)

Anyone know anything about this camera?? I was looking for a deal like this for my parents, but don't want to waste my money if the camera is not decent........Thanks:)

Just a heads up, I found them mixed in w/ the new spring cotton sheets & they were not marked clearance.

A very good trip to Target today, I found 2 sets of kids twin flannel sheets, Little Mermaid & Dora for $4.98 each, 2 pairs of girls shoes $3.24 each & 2-pack kids stretch gloves $1.25 very happy!!!

Thats so funny about the halloween decorations, right before christmas my son said mom you forgot to take a halloween decoration down, I looked above our entryway door & sure enough there was a sign that said Trick or Treat......I must have looked @ it a million times & never payed attention.Too funny that noone else that that came over ever mentioned it either.

I was @ my Target last night & they had tons of toys on clearance, a few things that stood out were Tickle me Elmo barbie marked down to $9.98, the interactive barbie was $22.xx & almost all barbie stuff was 1/2 off. I was surprised to see the Tickle me Elmo barbie marked down, wasn't it hard to find not to long ago?? lol.......

Well I broke down & did it all yesterday.........the house looks very bare!! Now I just have to or I should say my dh has to take it all to the barn!!

This is my first year that I have'nt worked after christmas & I"m pondering on the thought of taking all the trees & decorations down, I usually wait til New years day but I'm so bored I'm thinkin I could get it all down & clean the house real good!! I hate to see it go:( , it's kinda depressing taking it all down coz this is my favorite time of year but then again the house sure could use a good deep cleaning after all the holiday guests!! So when do you all plan on doing it??

We also do a huge New years Party w/ all our friends, we have three kids so everyone brings their kids too (it's nice noone has to find a sitter). I have everyone bring an appetizer, instead of doing an actual meal. This year I'm making meatballs & weinies ( I use cocktail sauce & grape jelly & throw it all in the crock pot) it's always real yummy!!We also do chips & dips, spinach dip & hawian bread. meat rollups..... & whatever else people bring. I love the idea of taking everyones keys, luckily almost all our friends live in the same neighborhood so if they drink their walking home

OMG my kids all three of them, ages 5, 8, & 10 had me up @ 3 a.m. & there was no stopping them!! lol.....I did'nt go to bed til 2 a.m. so I maybe got 1/2 hour sleep!! I laughed it off & said to my husband their only little for awhile & when they grow up will miss them not waking us up, so we went downstairs & enjoyed every minute of it :)

My kids get candy, toothbrushes,bubblebath, hairbows,hand boilers, gloves & mittens. My husband gets his favorite candy bars, lottery tickets, cigarrettes, lighters, 20 question hand held game, & a poopin reindeer,(lol it's too cute)!!

I'm so excited.....I just finished, I've been trying to get my husband a ps3 & I got one this morning!! He is going to be so excited, well atleast I hope, coz now I can hardley wait til christmas morning!!!! Oh & the kids are all done too, I guess I just consider my dh one of them since he's a big kid too!! lol......:)

hmmmm..hard to describe but I'll try, they are hand held toys that have a trigger on them, they have a wheel on the end ( some look like skateboard wheels & some like care tires), when you pull the trigger the wheel spins off. They make ramps for them & you can buy extra wheels also. MY boys got a few of them & a ramp last year & they love to play w/ them outside to see how far & fast they can go!! Hope that helps!!

I went to my Walmart tonight & found flywheels on clearance for $1.00. They are in the regular toy aisle, marked down to $ 2.50 but ring up $1.00. They make great stocking stuffers for boys... I picked up extra ones for birthday parties, ect...You can't beat the price!!

I just picked one these up tonight, they are still on sale @ Target for $7.99.... I had to go to two different Targets to find one, but they are out there!!:)
