It has been my experience that if you shop all year... you are often to find better deals than BF or the holidays brings. To me, it is sport/hobby and fun...but in the end I have a lot of people to buy gifts for so I keep a list by the computer and try to mathc great deals with people on my lists!!

I have tried numerous combinations on they Dyson, etc. with clearance items, without clearance items. I still continue to get this message:

I think it was a glitch and they caught it. Or the website just doesn't like me.

Neat idea for the plastic jewel cases ...
My daughter brought home a picture frame made out of one. It has a magnet on the back. The photo is cut in a circular pattern and glued inside. There are painted candy canes on the front circled around the pattern of the photo. Too cute !

DD originally asked for this as her main Santa item @ $99.

Then she wanted the Magical Castle as well. Don't have room for either of these, but Santa brought the Castle. It sits in her bedroom, next to the original dollhouse --- both take up a lot of room.
A day or so before Christmas, I saw the playhouse for $50 at one of our Walmart locations. There were only 2 left at that time. But, if the other location has them for $35, I just might have to splurge for the January birthday.

Remember, shipping is based on the weight and dimensions of what is being shipped ... not the price of the items. So, no one can give you an answer as to whether the shipping sounds right or not. Walmart tends to send my stuff in 40 different boxes, making the shipping even higher.
I agree with elena, combine the shipping and the price and make your decision.
Shannon, the OP has stated the store shipping is not an option for her. This is only applicable in certain states.

I have a card and I shop regularly. I am registered online as well ... still no coupon. Went Saturday AM and spent almost $30.

I ordered on BF and had them the next week. My only complaint is that the change their prices. If you are going to offer 60% off, don't bump up your price by that amount.

They are a little pricey. I guess you pay for the brand.
Got her some a Payless for $7, and they look just like this. She is 4, so I don't think anyone will examine the brand. :)
I did notice there is a code on the homepage of shoebuy.com for 20% using code SALE.

I don't think there is any guarantee. If the price goes up, it will change in your cart. I have things sitting in my cart all the time. When I go to it, I get a message stating what items have changed prices. BUT ... I have something sitting there right now that is cheaper, and it didn't change.Could someone tell me how long an item will stay in your cart at this price?

Thanks again for all the information. As I said originally, I was not sure if they worked and didn't want anyone to get stuck with a purchase based on these codes. But, it never hurts to ask. I love this website, because there are great people and great information.

Wow, guess I should have eaten more Big Mac's.
All I ever won was a free small fry and you had to get sets of properties for a "big prize". Maybe they will do it again next year and I will be more attentive.
But now that I think about it, isn't that where everyone got all those Best Buy points or whatever they were ? Just was thinking I read a thread somewhere here regarding that.

Ok, I want to be devils advocate again. This isnt' direct towards any one person.
Just keeping the debate going ....I noticed many posts on another thread regarding people "taking advantage" of the free Fandango movie tickets, and others got none. Some of these comments were made by posters on this thread who think you should not say anything.
How is getting something that you didn't order or getting a cheaper deal, etc. (or whatever the case is) and NOT SAYING ANYTHING, any different than taking advantage of the situation ?
