As a floridian who has been to Disney over 50x I would definately suggest staying on property. Rooms for value resorts start at $59.oo a night and once you park at the hotel you do not need to get in your car until you leave to go home. The also have special magic hours where the parks are open to hotel guests and they can either enter the parks early or stay late and that really cuts down on the time waiting to get on rides. Coupled with that you do not need to pay to park which at 15.00 a day can really add up. Also if you belong to Automobile club of America they also have theme tickets with additonal savings for Florida Residents. Hope this helps.

We are going there to celebrate my DD 2nd b-day and she loves Dora the Explorer. We live in S. Fl. so we will probally just hang out at the hotel most of the time and go and visit either sea world or univeral studios one day. We did book a character breakfast so that she could specifically see Dora. I do agree if you are going to Disney attractions stay on Disney parking. The rooms are much smaller but you really do not spend much time in them anyway. If going to Disney I say get the cheapest room on property you find and spend your money on other things.

Just checked with the resort and it is per suite not per person.

I was told that the resort charge is per room not per person. I will double check on this though.

I checked and my confirmation says 149 a night for two nights plus 60 resort fee for the three days. Try calling the 800 number listed above or 1-407-387-5437. You need to ask for the "Nick Fun" package when you call. The breakdown of the room is 360 plus tax divided by 3 nights is roughly 120 a night.

Heard the hotel is great and there is lot's to do on property. We are probally going to go to Universal Studios. Forgot to mention that they have a free shuttle to Universal Studios, Disney theme Parks and Sea World. Averaged out the price with tax and resort charge and it comes out to $119 a night . Plus kids five and under eat free with a paying adult.

I just got back from target and I have to vent a little. I saw the dora the explorer mattress and they where marked 19.58 but when I scanned it the screen said Item not found. Went to customer service and they scanned all four on the shelf which said item not found. They would not reduce it any more. Hopefully these will go down again in my area. I was able to find a v-tech nitro laptop for 12.48, cars bike helmet for 9.98 I know this is only 50% off but my DS really wanted one and I did not want to risk it being sold out. I also found a really cute velour jacket and pants for my DD these where on the clearance rounder but had no sticker so I scanned them the pants where 1.98 and the jacket 2.48. Just some info I bought my 9 year old niece the tinkerbell mix-stix and she absolutely loves it. Hopefully the music chips will go on clearance before her bday next month. Wow! I have been reading the posts lately and have been so jealous. I had surgery on 1/5 and have been pretty much in bed until today. I finally got to venture out to my local Target today and here is what I found. 1. Nick and Nora pjs for toddlers 3.74 and boys 4.98 2. Dora the explorer toddler nightgown 3.24 3. 9 pack circo socks for toddler girls 3.74 these are real cute three pairs have rosette flowers on them. 4. Zoe and Dora the explorer slippers 1.98 5. Mater from Cars slippers 2.24 6. Dora the explorer towel and washcloth for 5.68 I guess this made up for missing all the great toy deals.

I was just t my local TRU today in S. Fl. and they had Sheriff, radiator springs lightning Mcqueen, yellow and green Ramone, leak loss, and DJ.

Hi Judi, I live in wellington, Fl. I like the Lake Worth store alot also. Have you been to the new one on 441 in Lantana. They have had some great mardowns lately.

How much do you want to spend? They had some at Babies R Us and TRU. They had either one's with characters ie Dora , Thomas the train etc. BRU even had some real nice one's that looked like little oversized chairs. They where alot more money around $90.00 or so.

Hi Everyone. Finally some decent markdowns. I got a Thanksgiving apron for $1.98. Two pairs of pro spirit jogging pants maked down from $19.99 to $3.74 and a great fleeece Jacket plum colored marked down from $24.99 to $4.98. The last item was in the women's dept. but it ran very small. I do not know if it was marked down because we live in S. Fl. and it is not as cold as other parts of the country. I also got a pair of Gillian O'Mallet pjs marked down from $24.99 to $11.49. I hope you all find such great deals soon.
