  1. 1. This must be the line for the Gottadeal t shirts, I sure hope they don't run out before I get one. 2. The troops are ready, time to let in the shoppers! 3. If I hide my face, maybe my wife won't see me.
  2. I got my daughter's case at bestbuy. The case came with a screen protector, a lot of them do.
  3. I use lowpriceskates.com they have skates in all price ranges, and I have purchased 3 pairs from them. There is a kid site if you scroll down their page its on the right hand side.
  4. My youngest turns 7 on Christmas and she is getting the 4G one. The 32G. I think she only needs 8G, but I don't think I'm going to win that battle with the gift giver. She loves my Ipod and Iphone. The idea is for her to be able to use facetime with her grandparents and text her family whenever she has wi fi access (mostly at home). The camera is pretty good too, same as my iphone 4G, I think. She likes music and can watch movies and play games on it.
  5. I also have TMobile. The KEY to getting what you want from them when you brake ur phone & its ur fault is to ask for the cancellation department. Do not go through customer service, neither they or their supervisors will give you what you want. The cancellation department will pretty much do whatever you want. I love them! My daughter was jump roping on the last day of 7th grade in shorts with small pockets. Her phone bounced out of her pocket and she jumped on it LOL. It couldn't be much more her fault if she tried! Cancellation department sold me a new phone at the upgrade price. She had just gotten a new phone 6 months earlier, so she wasn't eligible for the upgrade but they did it anyway....we extended her contract 2yrs (she was only 6 months in on the other one & we saved $120). Around the same time my son's side kick's screen cracked all by itself (i dont believe that, but it wasn't worth the argument) same deal, new phone at the qualified upgrade price & he was only 6 months into his contract. GL
  6. That is frusterating! My 5 YO asks that everything come on the "white truck"(Fed Ex) vs. the "brown truck" (UPS). Why? Because last Christmas several packages that were shipped UPS were not delivered until after Christmas due to the snow we had (Fairview, Oregon). While everything that was shipped Fed Ex was delivered in the snow, on time. We had garbage service, mail service & Fed Ex........yet no UPS. So, you never know what you're gonna get in terms of service. Good luck, and I hope everyone gets all their stuff on time this year :)
  7. I remember the Santa Wally letter. It was cool;) Hopefully a similar letter gets posted soon, I would LOVE to read it. I have added gottadeal on my Facebook & Myspace.
  8. I have had my Vizio for 2 years and I love it! It's great for gaming, tv & movies. Blu Ray looks great:D
  9. In the rules it says you are responsible for the extra transportation to the 20 mile away max pick up point. So I guess you drive 7 miles & they pick you up LOL :) I'm about the same distance from my store too. Good luck. I'm going to enter again this year too.
  10. My favorite easy cookie! Magic Cookie Bars 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or chocolate cookie crumbs 1 (14 oz) can of Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk) 2 cups (12oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips* 1 1/3 cups of flaked coconut 1 cup chopped nuts* 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish). In 13 X 9 inch baking pan, melt butter in oven. 2. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter; pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients; press down firmly with fork. 3. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars or diamonds. Store covered at room temperature. Recipe Variations: Substitute *chocolate chips or nuts with: mini candy coated pieces, dried cranberries, raisins, mini marshmallows or butterscotch chips.
  11. That'd be cool. I can do that without even trying:yup:
  12. I think it depends on the weather. If it's really cold/windy/rainy/snowy etc.. then I would not take my kids (youngest turns 6 on Christmas). If the weather is ok, I may take her........she loves to shop & her big sis (14) is a big help. I don't usually head out until 4:30am.
  13. Oh I hope so. I got the laptop for my daughter last year and she uses it all the time =)
  14. I love my ipod touch. I would not buy one for an 11 YO, I would by a Zune though. That is what I bought for my 13 YO & she loves it. The Zune has a radio built in.
  15. http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c91/universalfan/phone055.jpg I don't have a large car & it fit fine (Smores). I drive a Honda Fit.
  16. Everything 75% off, but very picked over when I got there & people leaving with multiple carts full. Still there were at least 6 Biscuits. All I bought was Smores, I could not pass up $49.98. I got that big box in my Honda Fit (It truly has clown car capacity).:) My 5 YO is currently sitting on Smores.
  17. I haven't seen it since the last round of markdowns 2 weeks ago. My store went striaght to 75% off on the Tag bundle, didji & smart cycle. Not the dvd player though. I will never understand how they decide what gets marked down when.
  18. Read the reviews. That alone has scared me away & my daughter is a drummer. We only bought the guitar/game set. I would have bought the whole band kit if I thought it was reliable. GL I had to send back 2 guitars when Rockband first came out & I just didn't want to go through the hassle again.
  19. I had not read those reviews:) I may end up returning the one I got (50%) & just giving my 5 YO my PSP. They're surprisingly durable.
