oh i so hear u on this one. only my son is 9. the center spoiled him so bad.. but i almost have him broke . lol. if he wants a lap top . can i suggest i know its small but try for the one on amazon. its 129.00 i know he is older but at least he can still get on line. other wise. i would say stick to games. cloths. movies. not much to get after that really .. my oldest is 17 and he is done. tho he is into music alot so he is getting the guitar he has been asking for 4 yrs. i would not buy it as they all have so many they are into bands here incl hubby ds17,ds9 ds5.. me i leave the house and go shopping lol gl and if i think of anything else . ill let ya know .

in the past .. u could not stack money coupons, but u could do a shipping with a money . the 5.00 is from the email sign up.

ok so what if u just did a lunch . and have a bunch of food brought in .. and maybe have people see if they want to bring in a desert? we did that last yr when they got rid of ours . boss paid for lunch cater and we all made deserts but made sure there was not alot of the same kind . it was fun .

my list use to be really really long. but due to out of work and economy.we decided to only buy for kids this yr. ds17 ds9 ds5 god child god child sister 1friend daughter 2friend daughter 3friend daughter 3friend son neice 1 neice 2 neice 3 nef 1. that is it and i just need neice 1 &2 and nef .. and gps for my son. and then im done and i even hae wrapped all there gifts ..

i think that is great.... dont forget the cool whip.. i make pepperoni roll sausage roll turkey corn potatos yams green beens with almonds biscuts salad celery sticks with cream cheese stuffing gravy in my house we only want the deserts so its home made pumpkin pie like three of them .. lol apple pie only 1 cheese cake 1 nut roll famous in our house holiday tradition passed down from an aunt that has passed . i make it and drop it to all relatives still arround . cookies ice cream for the pie and whip cream brownies.. everything but the cookies and brownies are homemade from scratch. cherry pie also. umm i dont think anything else lol but hey u never know lol that is what i do maybe there is something that will remind u of something . and hats off to ya for doing such a nice thing

well i can tell u this .. guitar center usually does a pretty good coupon sale on black friday . i want to say 10 to 20% off depends each yr. i got my son a guitar he wanted on line and they always give 10% off. and free shipping. we always get the catalogs in the mail and right now they have one that has a coupon for 10% off in store and come some time next wk im sure well get the black friday one. i asked hte girl on the phone can i get a price adjustment she said yes on black friday. woohoo cause the guitar was 500.00.. u might want to ck on there . sign up on the mailing list so u get the coupons in the mail.

ds 9 and ds 5, will get a cane of playdoh from target last yr lol also a diego one and spongebob .then they also get little things like bubbles. i will pick up some circus penuts they are my fav so hubby puts them in mine every yr and then the kids eat them on me . so this yr they are getting there own. its kinda a family thing lol i might pick up some cards like pokemon if there is a good deal or yuhgio, ds 9 i might get him a cd he is starting ot get into music. or a dvd. they also like stickers and crayons. crafty things. ds well he will not have much under tree as his gifts were ery high in price. so the one thing he is getting is the ipod touch. and they always go for the stocking last . so i might put his in there with a cpl little things.

we use to get a bonus.. till corp bought him out and well last yr they said no more bonus.. but my manager faught tooth and nail and said we already accounted for it . so instead of the 1000.00 we got i think 400 or maybe 500. this year . only bonus is ur lucky to have a job. every day i hear someone else was let go. i think since oct 24. i have heared about 25 and we are just a dealership. so sad.. i fear going back to work. today my boss called and told me 5 more were let go. so sick .. and sad at the same time

usually try to have them done by thanks giving as we light the house on that night. we just packed up all the holloween inside and now we need to pack the out side up .. we took it down jsut have ot pack it away. we go a bit crazy here for that holiday. takes us like month and half to decorate for holloween. xmass not so much. but hubby hurt his back packing up in fl on sat to come home. so he is not moving so well see when and if i get it done. i might drag the tree up tomorrow when i start to bring the decorations down from holloween. we usally have it done by now but im on bed rest and could not do it .. and they were in fl all wk. wiht out me waaaaaaaaaaaaaa..... i need to go get lights for my tree.. i had a pre lit tree but i got mad at it last yr and took every light off it lol .. so now i have to do it like they did it so it looks nice lol

i hear ya there.. i went out for some surgery on oct 24. it went ok not as planned . the wk i left work they cut our hrs back. from 40 to 30-32. uhhgg i do get to collect disability thank god. but that still has not come yet and its nowhere near what i bring home but its something. so what i did was used my savy coupons and gift cards to get xmass for my kids. and of course cc so far i am done except for one more item for ds 17. but for all three kids and friends kids no adults we are not doing that this yr . just kids. and neice and nefs. i will have spent 1500.00 not bad at all . cause they have a ton of gifts and good ones. lap top ,ipod touch, car stero, gps,kids work bench and so many other toys. mostly i got at kohls. with the 30% off and free shipping. but the good news is when my cks do come in ill start paying the cc off and then ill keep paying my bills. i do want to leave my cash in my cking so if i have to pay min for a month im ok with that . at least i paid it some and then by dec 30 i hope to have everything paid off .. im gonna try and hide money every pay ck. so next year it wont be like this . last year i won money so that was nice not to have to worry. but back to reality i guess. but we always do it and over come things so this is just another one we will work on.
