Yes that is a bit early. The station in my area that does christmas music 24/7 doesn't start that until November.

I personally would stop sending them gifts. Those parents ought to be ashamed of themselves. Any grown person should know that acknowledging the receipt of a gift and saying thank you is proper. They should thank you and see to it that their kids do to. Then we wonder why these kids are they way they are these days. Someone thought enough of you go to out and purchase a gift for you and you can't even say the words "thank you" That is soooo rude and unapreciative. People have no etiquette these days. It is a darn shame.

I think it's possible. I would suggest going a little later to avoid the crazy crowd of people rushing through store doors when they open. Don't think risking getting injured in that crowd is a good idea;)

Usually leave home around 5:30/6 AM and come back home in the early afternoon. Before 3PM.

I've always wondered about the midnight thing at the outlets also. I heard that the the traffic to get up to the nearest Premium outlet near me was ridiculous and all the parking was gone by 8PM. : ETA: now that I think about it, I don't even think it's worth it. Shoot Banana Republic Outlets does 40% off their entire store all the time. Stores are going to have to come better than that for me to brave the crowds, and traffic.

I will be spending less as well. Seems like a lot of people will be doing this.

Wow...It's starting earlier and earlier every year

I stayed in too...just didn't feel like it....PlusI didn't see anything that I just had to have.....I may go out later when the crowds die down...or tomorrow

I feel the same way...I will probably go to target like 30 minutes b4 the store opens...as of late I have been getting really impatient with crowds and long lines too....I went to the mall 2 weeks ago and the lines in most stores even for a fitting room was

DITTO...for safety reasons I don't recommend standing in line from Wednesday night alone..I would say it may be safe to do this if when you arrive you see others there....

only an extra 10% off at Coach?? glad I didn't bother...to me all the stress is worth more than 10%

If so how was it?? was it crazy at Midnight? I'm thinking it shouldn't have been too bad...seems like everybody was in line at the Best Buys

did any one go to the midnight opening last year at any of the premium outlets??? If so how crazy is it?? I know they don't have any big ticket electronic items so I am figuring driving up right aroud 11:45 PM should be good...any advice??

yep midnight openings seem to be the trend...premium and prime oulets are opening at midnight too;)
