[Question on buying a warranty for a laptop]

I bought a warranty with my laptop for 100. I didn't buy one when I purchased my desktop because the hardware is pretty cheap to replacce but the laptop is a whole nother story :) The warranty I purchased covers everything from the battery and wires to well everything :) I always recommend buying one when purchasing a laptop. A little extra can really make a difference should you ever need it!

[Dream Life or Mall Madness]

I haven't really looked ofr the mall madness but the dream life drove me nuts! I finally got one for my daughter after going to 9 stores! Then yesterday while browsing through Target there they were. 15 of them and regular price was 29.89! I have heard that Walmart Target and possibly Kmart got fresh shipemnts in them. But the key is you have to really look because they do not place them in the same spot in each store. The ones I found where with the videonow stuff.

I would highly recommend speaking to a higher up. It is amazing how much difference it makes in issues like this. I had a similar incident happen last year and they ended up giving me a great deal.

Earlier this week I placed an order for five items and they shipped pretty quickly and after waiting all day for the ups I found they were shippingnowhere. They put my first name on the label then my last name where my street address was so all the packages ended up being sent back. After talking to several different customer service agents I finally got a helpful one that credited my credit card back immediatly and took me step by step to place the order again. I really wanted the items because they were a steal! I saved 40% on all of them. I got the first part of my order two days later and I am hoping to get the second part early next week because that one has the most important stuff in it.

 

I think at this time of year these things are bound to happen. Keep telling myself I'll start earlier but never do
