No makeup clearance at my Niagara Falls, NY store either! They did however have the Physician's formula in two different spots, so I guess I'll keep an eye on it. Funny that you mention being watched...I always feel like that when I do the Perimeter Perusing! Not sure why I feel funny because I'm not doing anything wrong! **Off Topic...but still about coupons...I was shopping at Walmart with my husband last night. I had quite a few coupons and one of them was BOGO on a baby product, I had picked the Huggies Washclothes. I even wrote the price down so the guy would know when he rang me up. Anyways, for some reason the coupon wouldn't go thru. It kept saying "Value Over Limit" or something like that. The coupon was good up to $4.15 and the product I was getting was only $3.48 and that's what I had written down. Well he kept trying it and then the manager tried it and we were standing there and the lady behind me says to her husband "All for a f**kin coupon". Little did she know I was looking at her when she said it. I got so pissed. It's not like it was 50 cents or something and even if it was....be patient. It's not like we were standing there for 5 minutes or anything. But how rude! The manager and clerk were completely cheerful though...so I guess that's all that counts! :)

My Walgreens had a handful of them left last night when I went. I was searching everywhere for them and then finally I asked someone and they had them just laying on the cosmetics counter...so they are going fast! But luckily I got 2! :)

Is it me or did Luvs just start putting coupons in the paper? I remember reading on the Luvs site before, some reviews to a survey and the one thing people commented on was how they wish Luvs would start putting out coupons because many mom's would buy other brands because they had coupons and it worked out to be cheaper than Luvs. I was really excited to see a coupon in the paper a couple weeks ago for them! Plus one time there was a coupon in my package of diapers, but haven't gotten anymore from them since.

Yes they do take them. There was actually a sign on the door saying "for your convenience, Dollar General accepts Manufacturer's Coupons and ATM cards" and stuff like that. And the coupons for the Kotex/Lightdays are actually in the store. Instead of one of those little blinkie machines like you see in a grocery store, there is a little box in front of the display of the personal products and you just pull out what you need. They have them for Huggies too in the baby section..

Thanks for posting the deal! I went today to look for these. I noticed that the coupon said it was only good for the Kotex pads or Tampons...it didn't say Lightdays...but I grabbed 3 boxes and 3 coupons and it worked. The coupon went thru normally...it didn't beep or anything.

Good Deal! I went last weekend with my mom and we got quite a few dress shirts for my dad for either $6.77 or $8.77...my mom got a lot of stuff for $5.77! We definitely scored last weekend with Penney's...we went to two different ones! And used the coupons too! **Off the topic of clothes, I got my husband a World Poker Tour hard poker table topper, the one that has cup holders and poker chip holders...it was originally $79.99...marked down to $14.77 and then using the coupon with all the other stuff, in the end I paid $11.58 for the poker table! :)

Stopped at another Target over the weekend and got a package of the Woolrich Flannel Sheets, KING size, for $12.48!! :)

I belong to BJ's, mainly because they have a much bigger selection of baby products than the measely few items that Sam's Club offers, although I do shop at Sam's occasionally with my mom. A question for everyone who uses coupons at BJ's....? I know you can use coupons there but I saw that you can use more than one coupon for one item? Does that just mean like for instance if I had 2 coupons for Jiff PB, that I could use both because there are 2 containers in a pack or if there is only one item like for a package of diapers, could I use 2 coupons for those also, or no? Hope that made sense....

Oh wow, I was unaware that you could use manufacturer's coupons, along with store coupons. I saw that deal in the Eckerd Flyer. The coupons I got in yesterday's paper were for $1 off Colgate...so I wonder how that works?

Cool! I saw the same boxes of those at my Target but they were marked $5.09 and I scanned them to be sure. I didn't have a coupon so I put them back, but you got a good deal! :)

Went to another Target today! I think I'm officially addicted to the Perimeter Perusing. There had to have been some other ladies there doing the same thing. I'm kinda pissed at myself for forgetting my coupons, but I guess that's what I get for making a last minute decision to go at 8 this morning! Yesterday when I went to the Amherst NY Target, they had the White Westinghouse microwaves marked down to $22.48. I did not need one but my mom's friend at work needed one for her son who went away to college. Unfortunately they were all of out stock, but today when I went to the Target on Transit Road, they had one still in a box, but no sign of it being clearance, so I asked the guy if he could scan it for me and he said it was $11.24!!!!!! I just about fell over! lol So needless to say I grabbed it! Got some more candles for $1.98 (Vanilla Bean) this time. A pair of Thermal PJ pants for myself for $3.74....a pair of pajamas for my mom for $4.98 and a bathrobe for her too for $4.98. Everything I got worked out to be 75% off! I was very excited!

It was so weird and corny, but I was getting all pumped up after I found the pajama pants. I was so excited when I found them! All of the items were marked down and the price tags were accurate. I scanned everything thinking that maybe they'd come up cheaper...but none of them did. When I was in the baby section, I saw the humidifiers marked down to $13.38 from $19.99 but they had a bunch and I thought maybe I'd wait a little longer to see if they'd go down further. I scanned it to check and it was still the same price. When I went back to put it back, I glanced at one of the tags and it looked like it said $3.38 and I grabbed it, but when I looked closely you could see the 1 very faintly! They also had a TON of Woolrich flannel sheets marked down. They had a whole aisle of them plus 2 end caps. King Size were $27.78 but I'm gonna wait on those too since I'm sure they will go down even more since there are SO many left. I'll probably dream about it tonight since I'm anxious to go to the other stores! My mom couldn't believe we were in there for 2 hours and I really only looked at the clothing clearance racks and then all the end caps and stuff and it took me that long. I was telling her all about it this evening and she kept laughing when I was calling it Perimeter Perusing. She's so proud of me! She's the one that taught me from day one that we always looked at the clearance racks first while shopping. We love garage saling in the summer. It's amazing the things you can find...especially for kids. That's our summer hobby on Saturday mornings! :)

Well this morning I decided to try out this Perimeter Perusing with my 8 month old son! Waited til he got up, fed him and got him dressed and we were out the door. I usually go to my local Target which is about 5 minutes away in Niagara Falls, but today I decided to drive to Amherst to check their stuff out since I don't usually find good clearance at the NF store.... After being in there for 2 hours....I came out a very happy shopper. I went back to the men's section and they had their Flannel PJ Pants on clearance for $2.98 a pair. All they had were XXL, but I picked up 2 pairs for my hubby and 4 pairs for my mom (for my brother and dad). My brother definitely isn't in a xxl, but they have a drawstring so he can pull it tight or mom can put some more elastic in them...and it's not like he leaves the house in them...so who cares! lol I was so excited with this deal. My hubby didn't really need them since we got some around Xmas, but since we buy them all the time, I'm gonna put them away til he needs them. They had a ton of them on the rack. Then I went over to the food section, hoping to find the $1.02 jars of sauce and they didn't have them...but I did find BIG boxes of Cocoa Pebbles and Fruit Pebbles...2 boxes to a pack and they were the big ones with 25% more free in them for $3.18 for 2 boxes. Would be an even better deal if I had a coupon, but I didn't...so oh well. Then I got a couple packs of the Luvs diapers that were on sale for $10.00 but I used my $2.00 coupons that I had from the Target site. Plus I found 22 oz and 19 oz Pumpkin Spice Jar Candles for $1.98. They had a ton of these as well, so I picked up some for my mom and a co-worker of hers. Always nice to have on hand for a gift. Also got the bags of Flavor Blasted Goldfish...they are regularly $1.99 but I got them on sale for $1 a bag. My hubby likes them so I picked up a couple different kinds. They also had Scott Paper Towels...a huge pack of 15 on sale for $8.50. So I really made out today. There are 2 more Targets within decent driving distance that I want to go to now! :) lol My cousin and I are going to try to go to one of them on Saturday while we are out. My mom thought I was nuts because I kept calling her at work and telling her about the deals that I was finding. Then after I kept calling...she kept calling me because her and her coworkers were having me look for things. My son Parker was so well behaved while his mommy took forever perusing in Target! I can't wait to do it again though! :)

I was starting to think that maybe it was the gourmet stuff and that was why there was such a price difference. Too bad my store doesn't carry the cheap ones. I looked up and down that aisle for it...there were only 3 kinds of sauce, the Archer Farms, Ragu and Classico and no available spots for there to even be the $1.02 ones. Oh well!

Well sugarkristals, I'd be interested in knowing if the Transit Target is any different! I went there armed with a few coupons, ready to stock up and it was like christmasangel said....$2.99! I can't believe it! I was so bummed! How could there be that much of a difference? What I really thought was weird was that the SAME size jar of Ragu was only $1.47 and the Classico brand was $1.89! And those weren't sale prices! Oh well, looks like we don't get to cash in on that deal!

Ok, I just called....The Niagara Falls, NY Target. At first I was told NO, they do no accept the Super Target coupons and I said "really, because I've heard that a lot of them do". So she said "Hold on" I could hear her asking for someone, I'm assuming a manager. I hear her ask him and he said he wasn't sure. She came back and said, "he's gonna find out for you" then she asked "What coupon did you want to use?" And I said "oh there's just a list of them on the Internet, so I was curious" I didn't want to tell her the sauce one specifically incase they took them off the shelf or something! Then she came back and said "Yes, we do accept them, as long as we carry the item". So, I'm gonna try and get there later!

Not sure if you've noticed but our Target has started to carry a lot of different foods. I think the one down the Blvd carries more...at least that's what I noticed at Xmas time. I'm gonna check the other things out too. I don't know when I'll get the chance to go there. Maybe later...after Phill gets home.

Thanks for posting that deal! I thought for $.02 I'd try it...but it won't let me print the coupon for some reason. I can print the others, but when I pull up the page with the sauce...it's only "X"s in the box. But yet it lets me print the cheese, the pineapple, the water, the OJ, the Oreos and the porkchop coupons! Those aren't the ones I want tho! :) I guess I'll try again later.
