I received my pears last week and they are FANTASTIC!!! They have reached the point where they are very ripe and juicy and delicious. Can't wait until they have another great deal like this!

I've been doing this "perimeter perusing" for a while -- I never knew it had a name until now! This weekend I scored two Scene It game packs - Turner Classic Movies, and HBO - for $4.97 each, marked down from $19.99!!!

I received $20 from Best Buy this weekend. It was for the 75-disk DVD/25-disk CD combo pack.

I saw in this week's sale paper that Office Depot has a Xerox 19" LCD on sale this week for $299.

Installed my Verizon DSL this week. So far it is working great -- and almost half the cost!!!

I went back in and tried to do another order just to see what price I got, and it cane up $44.90 for me also. I think the ones I got for $19.95 must have been left in my cart from before New Year's and that's how I was able to get them for that price.

I went to the site a few days ago but the pears were showing as $44.90. So I decided not to buy them. I went back today, same price. I decided to buy just one box, put it in my cart, and apparently the 2 boxes were still in my cart from before! And the price was $24.95! So I decided to buy the two boxes and deleted the single box . When I clicked checkout the price dropped to $19.95! So... if you go to the site to buy these and the price looks high, go ahead and put them in your cart, they may be way cheaper than you think!

I just signed up for Verizon - $14.95/month forever (or until they decide to raise it). Also, I am on AOL, and through this deal I got to cut my AOL bill down to $8.95/month, also forever (or until...) I know, I know, I don't NEED AOL but I've used it since 1994 and I just like it...

Bummer... I just ordered a 12-month subscription through Publisher's Clearing House!
