Thanks!!! These darn things are usually sooo expensive and my DS3 just discovered them and loves them! When he plays with these is the only time he stays focused on one thing for more than 10 minutes!! lol I bought the gold set for him and the pastel set for DD7 who is now way over the limit,lol.

Love your trees Mandy! Are they both real and both yours? We have had a real tree every year up until last year. I seen this one and just had to have it. The kids loved it to and agreed with me that there would be way more room for gifts with this tree. It is white pre-lit and fiber optic. It is way prettier than in the pic. Santa still brings the kids' gifts since my kids are 2-11yrs (atleast a good 8 more years of the hiding gifts and putting them out at 3am!) but I do put all the PS2 and Gamecube games in small shirt boxes then wrap them,lol. I know I bought my DS (soon to be 12) ATLEAST 15 games for the PS2 and maybe 3 for Gamecube,lol. I will have to count them,lol. Sometimes I will wrap them with a piece of clothing,lol. I always find something cheap with a little weight to it to wrap with my dads gift card so he thinks I didn't get the gift card,lol. Usually peanuts or something. He loves hunting and fishing so he gets "Uncle Joes" gift cards.

I'll buy it next year when it will probably be down to $100 lol.

ALOT of credit cards will show a $1.00 transaction which is just an initial charge to make sure your card "works". It should disappear within 1-3 days. It happens all the time with my paypal card,lol. Nothing to worry about but I know it freaked me out when it 1st happened to me,lol.

My sister and I get together and make about 6 different kinds of cookies but this year I had a great idea for something different! The kids and I are going to make about 5 double batches of rice crispy treats, cut them in about 2" squares, dip them in chocolate and put Christmas sprinkles on them! I am so excited to try this since they always look so good at Archers & Gertrude Hawks but I'm too cheap to spend $4 on one,lol. I think we'll put like 3 in each treat sized bag and give everyone in every family around us a baggie plus tie a baggie to each gift we give out to family. I'll have to post a pic of how they turn out. We'll probably make them tomorrow night.

I have 4 to make equal along with 2 Dec. birthdays,lol. I write everything I got on a piece of paper under each kids name and add it up. I don't worry about the number of presents much but since I get one big thing and the rest of the gifts are under $30 or so, it usually seems to even itself out. My DS (12 on the 28th) is getting more than 20 PS2 games and some Game Cube games so his pile of gifts will look small but that is all he asks for.

I believe the 10% is off for everyone, not just people who sign up for the card. You enter it on the page where you enter your credit card info and you can hit a button next to it to show you that it worked.

I am going to get my kids the xbox 360. We have PS2 & Gamecube. The gamecube hardly ever gets played and there are maybe 10 games in the display at Walmart to choose from. My DS soon to be 12 has all the war games with the blood and gore for PS2,lol. Alot are actually rated M or R with a star beside it. As long as there isn't sex or nudity, I don't care what he plays. I don't get what the big deal is. He is into every sport, kararte, extremely intelligent, well mannered & well behaved. Is there some study that shows these games are going to warp his mind or is this all just personal preference?

My Walmart had a ton of them also. I'm much happier with the one I bought from amazon.com for $30 since it came with the ABC game and not the stupid soccer game,lol.

I got the same email as the OP and didn't think that they cancelled anyones order. I got a $40 hoodie for $10 shipped! I thought it was great of them to still honor the code even though it wasn't suppose to be used.
