I think the game cube is about equal to the PS2, atleast to me. There do not seem to be as many games for the gamecube though at stores. There seems to be a ton of sports games and lot's of kids games. My DS12 has one in his room and plays it alot though. The Donkey Kong Bongo games are cool and the Mario party games are awesome! I think it is well worth the $40 and you can get games for it cheap on ebay. I also wanted to add you can buy this adapter thing that allows you to plug gameboy advance games into the game cube to play!

If you want a good cheap camera that takes awesome close-ups plus the added video with sound I would recommend the Panasonic Lumix LZ2 or even the LZ3 might be pretty cheap too by now,lol. We have bought perfectly good phones for our Sprint service for $20 on ebay, you just have to keep looking and not expect a razor or chocolate,lmao. Mine has 2 batteries and both chargers and I paid $20. Even if you look under buy it now there are tons on there. I've also been trying to avoid getting a phone again through Sprint because they suck and I want to go with Verizon.
