Usually it will not work. But, you could buy something before blackfriday then buy another of the same item on blackfriday and take back the unopened one for the full price if you kept the reciept from the first one. Or just buy a giftcard for him and have him go to the blackfriday sale.

The piece of paper is worth the 300$ that you save with it. Just as a 100$ bill is not 100$ worth of material but that is it's value.

I thought it was funny, people were selling 4 krispy Kreme's for 5$ and had like 400 of them and then BestBuy hands them out free.

I think limits should be more strict, as in one big item per person. Last year at BestBuy every1 in the front of the line got 1 of everything. Thats what i plan to do this year but it would make lines shorter and everything alot more fair if they didn't allow that.

2 years ago, I went to BestBuy and around 4 or 5am, the BestBuy staff came with a cart full of KrispyKreme's, coffee, hand warmers, ect. Last year we got nothing. Has anything like this happened at other BestBuys or was it just some BestBuy manager spending her personal money on us? Either way it was nice.

Personally I think that if you stand in line for 10 hours, you should be able to sell the ticket that you get for it.

Selling . no they actually reserve a big item for you so its not just an all out rush, they hand them out before you get in the store.

Im not sure what il buy, i might buy a desktop off selling tickets.

Definately bring a chair. Also, portable dvd player if you have one, or as im bringing, last year's BB laptop with about 4 batteries.

I know where il be eating my turkey :) Tickets are a great thing, i couldn't imagine the chaos without them.

I didn't see any fights, but i definately didn't feel safe standing outside all night with $1000 in my pocket.

Yes, (there were two best buy employees in line ahead of me doing the same thing) and the ones handing out the tickets said it was okay to do. Later i saw someone get theirs taken away for doing it so im not exactly sure. My friends sold theirs for 40 and 50$ each.
