Some are saying that if they hang up and try again they are getting through faster. They are also implying that if you use a landline it works faster. I have no idea why that would matter but I did use a landline and my call went right through.

The only problem with waiting is that the sharpies could be out of stock by tomorrow as this deal is posted on many other deal sites. If you wait you risk them being sold out.

I just called 1-800-3staples and ordered. I ordered the $25.?? worth of sharpies and I added 2 packs of free after rebate batteries to get the free shipping. They were able to use the code over the phone. So with tax I got 40 duracell batteries and 25 sharpies for a total of $4.10 after rebate. Great deal.

Is this supposed to start at 6am EST? It is now 7:42am EST and the code is not working for me.

When I ordered it said Dec. 11th. I just got my confirmation email and it says Jan 25th. Oh well, I guess it will be a late Christmas present.

I have one and love it. Before I bought mine I did some reading of reviews on both the Shark and the Bissell. I went with the Bissell because I read better reviews for it. One thing I do is, I put a couple drops of essential oil in my water tank because I missed the smell that comes from the cleaner I used to use to mop the floor. I use lavender oil.
