Since I moved this year all I'm putting up is a wreath (if I find it in time), and some wood cutouts of Santa and two reindeer. Not much room at the housing complex I'm at, so most of my other decorations are in storage. If I had the room I'd put up a couple inflatables one being my favorite- Bumble from Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer.
EDIT: I just realized the Santa cutout I mentioned is the same one I have in my profile pic. It's about 20 years old I'd imagine as its been a long time since that photo was taken.

Ya I have an order from BestBuy purchased within minutes of the item going up for sale that's still in Pending so none of them are a sure thing.
A couple years ago I had an order cancelled by Best Buy after 4 days, after that I don't rely on them for Black Friday.
As for the original poster, it seems odd that nothing has been shipped yet, but it happens. I placed an order on Saturday I believe and all the items have shipped, but as long as they are still processing, there is a chance. Maybe in a few hours if nothing changes, maybe you could contact them.

I like it the way it is to be honest. I think its because I use to it, but I vote keep it the same.

I hope I'm not done shopping, but finally got an order placed on Walmart's site. It took two days for my Saving Catchers card to load so I was worried I was SOL on deals, but I really just wanted the Roku Express Plus, and after a few tries of sellouts, I finally got one. The rest I got wasn't advertised deals, but I also got a wireless keyboard/mouse for not much more than just the mouse was selling for. I also got a couple household items, and Saints Row 4 National Treasure Edition for the 360 for 11 bucks. I was happy but wish they had some of the cheap movies on their site. Now I might see what's left on Amazon and snag a couple deals. Tomorrow I might have to make a trip to Walmart and see if they have any leftovers. Again no big deal if they don't but I would like to get a couple movies.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought they closed all their stores. I knew the one close to me closed, but that wasn't a big shock, they was the size of a bathroom stall and had really odd hours. I think one year they didn't open on Black Friday until noon.

Got my package in the mail today, which included a $5 Amazon card. Thanks again GottaDeal and Brad for the amazing contests and prizes!

I'd say those were the best bets on finding out. Unless you actually go to the store itself and ask them. Some of the smaller places though don't post anything until Monday, so try again then.
I forgot all about Game Xchange though, but I'm not into gaming as much as I used to be.

Here is the link to the Slackers Black Friday sale. For those who don't know, Slackers is a store to get new and used video games, movies, CD's, as well as comics, gaming, and toys. They have locations in Missouri and Illinois.

In my opinion, nothing too spectacular, but at least you might get a free Monster Energy drink if you are lucky.

Seems like a pretty good ad even though I don't really need anything in it.
-
Yes! I like it!
As for the ad, I was hoping for a bit more, but I thought it was pretty good. I didn't see a TV though, but I was preoccupied.

I think I am more excited to see the Menards ads each year than I am any other. I keep refreshing just in case it has leaked. I don't know if I can make it through the weekend if it doesn't come out soon.

our DVD's is near the produce again. I thought it was a little crowded last time they did it, but at least its not in the way of other stuff.
-
Didn't think NY&C had enough product for a 22 page ad!
Well, when there's only at most 4 items per page, it makes it easy.
That looked more like a fashion spread than an ad, but I have nothing against that, as long as it gets the target audiences attention.
-
The closed the one closest to me this year, so maybe that's why I had a tough time browsing through the whole ad. I hardly went there in the first place, but I still usually liked looking at the ad.
-
The last year or two I've noticed the websites or social media of the newspapers have given a heads up on which paper the Black Friday ads will be in. I've seen them in papers here from Sunday up to Thanksgiving, so you might want to ask them directly when they will be out.

Has anyone noticed where the best Xbox One Console Deal is?
I guess it all depends on what extras you like and such, but I think the one at Kohl's for $249 is a good deal. I haven't seen it cheaper, and you also get I think $75 in Kohl's cash as well. It isn't my favorite store but if I was interested in getting one I would probably try to get it there.
EDIT: Maybe it wasn't Kohl's I thought I saw one there. I think I need more rest or something. I didn't see it on that chart.

Hasn't the deal been finalized between Cabela's and Bass Pro? If so I'm curious how their ad might change next year.
-
I hope to find a good movie for under 6 bucks at Target, I was going through gift cards and found I had one for 6.60 so I might look for the movies. Unless the new Norah Jones CD somehow is cheaper then I might get it instead.
-
Just curious because I'm usually not in the market for items at these stores, but is these pretty much what to expect from Hobby Lobby as well? I might make it to one on the Saturday after and figuring out if its worth the effort to get just a few items.
-
No plans to go an hour out of the way to go there, but the 3 pack of Adult Coloring Books for 5 bucks seems like a good deal.
-
I'm getting very jealous of the winners. Congrats again to all of them, but I hope I can join them soon.

I need to find the two original ones I have in storage and see if I can cash in on this. I have probably 100 games with them. I even have a box for one of them.
-
I see what you're saying but it doesn't bother me too much. First reason is because they are in much higher quality, and second because I don't have to see watermarks on 99% of the ad. While it was fun seeing them before a lot of others, I think the bigger disappointment of relishing the old days is most everything is available online now so you don't have to fight the crowd as much. I'm not saying I hate having the option of doing it, I just mean that took more away from the actual shopping then having the stores releasing their ads before they could leak.

I'll take a risk and be different from everyone else. I'll go with Dollar General on 10/26. I just have a feeling it will take a long time for the ads to be released this year.
