That is the SOOO reason why I don't deal with rebates. NOTHING BUT TROUBLE!!!!!! Companies so love to run consumers around in circles hoping that, we as consumers, will say the "heck with it" and give up and go on leaving the company with our money that we the consumers have EVERY right to be re-imbursed to. When they (stores) take our money, no matter what form, it doesn't take them 8-12 weeks to cash or swipe, why can't they see this. Rebates are ridiculous. They need to start this "instant rebate" program in all their stores. Maybe this way I would start shopping at those locations that do this and not have to worry about getting my money back in 8-12 wks and in the meantime worry if I did their paperwork to the exact specifications that they want or else I don't get my $$$. Ok, enough ranting, I am getting madder as I type this---so good luck Ziptar on your situation.

took ALL stuff down inside and out on Dec. 27th....whew....took less time to take it down than it did to put it up!!

I make it a point to not go out shopping for Christmas things. I am the type of person where if I can't use the stuff now, I don't want to bring it home and store it to use next year. So I don't go shopping!!

Hopefully a 27" TV and some things at Wal Mart

Hi everyone... Was needing to get a 27" TV...I know that Kmart and Sears will each have one on BF...my question which location will have the TV WITHOUT the rebate. I know they eventually end up being the same price at each location and know that one of the locations will require a rebate to get it to the $149.99 price. I can't stand doing mail in rebates. The way I figure it they want me to wait 8-12 weeks for $20.00 back when they didn't take 8-12 weeks to take it off my credit card, or me to pay for it, etc. Any/all help with this and any more suggestions on where I can get a 27" TV at a price lower than $149.99 WILL be greatly appreciated. What a way to get people in the holiday spirit by doing that...most of the stores in my area doesn't do that, but would be holidayish if they would. Oh well, for me no time to drink, eat, it's shop shop shop!!
