    Kmart ad

I thought the CDs were a good deal and the Cinderella DVD. ~H~
  2. DEFINITELY neither. My six year old would DIE if I even THOUGHT about getting her a CPK or a Care Bear! ~H~
  3. Yeah, that's what *I* was hoping, but someone has already said that the ads have already been printed. They have to get them done ahead of time. ~H~
  4. For the sake of all you guys that want one (or more), I hope your store gets more CPK newborns than the 15 or so I saw at my walmart yesterday (before they yanked them off the shelf!) ~H~
  5. I have 2 kids, a 11 year old ds and a 6 year old dd. I let them make a list consisting of 5 items and I get 3-5 of what is asked for and then I add small extras. ~H~
  6. OK, I used my brain (I'm shocked it was awake enough to help me out!) and went to my shopping list and the items appeared there. Weird that I didn't get the alert and can't load the early bird page though. ~H~
  7. OK, I can't get the Kmart Early Bird Page to load! ACK! I also didn't receive the email alert for it. I did get the one for the rest of the Radio Shack ad though. ~H~
  8. OK, I also saw the jeep, a Dora and the Hummer. ~H~
  9. Someone beat you to it. If you ever have a code for anything like that post it in the Online Deals Section. You can find it on the main Gotta Deal Forum page. :) ~H~
  10. Wonder if this is still in effect??? I'd love to use this for the Chat Now! I don't think it is on special anywhere for BF so far. ~H~
  11. Do you guys think someone will run Play Station 2 Memory Cards cheap on BF? ~H~
  12. Grrrrrrrrrr!!! I went to the walmart nearest my house and there were 7 of the laying-down newborns on the shelf, no shelf tag, in the special packaging with the red bow just like in the scanned ad. There were also like 10 more atop the riser. A friend had one of these on her BF list so I grabbed one and took it to the self-scanner and it said please see associate. So, I did! She had one of the hand-held scanners and told me with a smile, it's 10 dollars. So, I immediately called my friend so she could rush up there to meet me and choose the one she wanted. We got to the register and the register screen said sale not allowed!!! We asked for a manager, which couldn't believe that we had one (so did a lady behind us) and she confiscated them and ran back to clear the shelf of them. LOL Oh, well. At least it wasn't something *I* wanted. ~H~
  13. My kids and family names that we draw. We draw names on Thanksgiving. ~H~
  14. "The Holy Grail of Black Friday shopping." NICE!!! ~H~
  15. Has anyone ever used this feature at kbtoys.com? I was reading a little about it just now on the site and I am wondering if I can defer payment on some things that I am sure won't go on sale BF. Has anyone ever done this billmelater thing? ~H~
  16. Usually in the Thanksgiving Day newspaper. Sometimes hidden, not in a sales ad, but on the back page of a news section of the actual paper, or somewhere in between. ~H~
  17. I'm a teacher and I love it when I get Gift Certificates to go OUT to the movies. But then, I am a theatre-movie lover. Just an idea. ~H~
  18. Kinda-sorta. I found this while scouring the net trying to look for a place that I can view the commercial online: http://www.planetgarth.com/news/article.php?cid=01181 Looks like WalMart is the only retail store you'll be able to buy Garth music from now on. Not that this matters to me one way or the other, as I am not a Garth fan. ~H~
  19. Story I found: Garth Brooks, Destiny's Child Appear In Wal-Mart Holiday Ads Holiday Ad Campaign Started Tuesday; Earlier Start Ever In a first for Wal-Mart, the retailer has recruited celebrities like Garth Brooks and Destiny's Child to appear in holiday television and print ads. The retailer started its holiday campaign Tuesday, the first time the world's largest retailer has run ads this early in the season. It's the first time Wal-Mart has used celebrities in an ad campaign, which will also include country singer Martina McBride, pop star Jesse McCartney and actress and singer Queen Latifah. The ads will feature each of the celebrities at their actual homes to fit with the theme, "Home for the Holidays." "This campaign corresponds to our overall objective of being more relevant to the broad range of customers who shop in our stores," said John Fleming, Wal-Mart's chief marketing officer. "We expect our focus on familiar celebrities who are enjoying themselves at home with family and friends to resonate well with everyone who is looking forward to being home for the holidays this year." The celebrities will be featured in print, TV, radio and Internet ads as well as on posters and signs in Wal-Mart stores. ~H~
  20. Items seen: Tumble Time Tigger, Garth Brooks (for the box set), Gameboy SP. Any more? I know I saw more, but can't think right now. ~H~
  21. YES! The Cinderella movie for $12.99!!! Thanks! ~H~
