So Christmas has come and gone, as well as I am guessing my order. I called everyday for a week before Christmas and kept getting the run around. Two different women answered the phone, and each one gave me a different story. Each time I was told that "well we sold more than what we expected" I asked why when they redid my order they didn't send what they had. Answer: " well we just can't ship it out". Seriously! Seriously have thought about reporting this one for bad customer service. Most of my order wasn't even the big sale on the mens socks. It was other things that weren't even that great of a deal.

(MSRP 59.95) So before going crazy - go ahead and check other sites as well - you might get it cheaper!

Tripoly is another good one that a variety of ages can play. You can either play for chips or have everyone use pennies. You can also leave the game and come back, without really affecting play. Shout at the Movies/Tv etc are always fun too.

Baby Bed - 199.99 to 49.99 Cosco stroller/car seat 26.99 Travel & Go Gate 6.99 (saw it today marked down at baby depot to 39.99 lol) Drop & Roar Dinasaur 6.97 (from 29.97) Cosco Pack N Play - 20.00 Kick n play 30.99 - have seen it at other stores the past two days at 69.99 Eddie Bauer Large Diaper bag for 12.97 Winnie the Pooh Diaper bag for 6.97 & several small pieces of clothing at a good price as well, I think 75% off I think our target runs their clearance way before other stores, because most of the bargains I saw posted here happened a few weeks ago. (dangit, and I was on my save money/don't go to target spree, but heard from a friend & resisted the tempation)

You know what I found amusing about his reply to your email? If he double checked Target he would have found that this one was released last week? or the week before,(I can't remember but I do remember I was totally excited) and it is the same one posted on their website today. I think writing him is useless - the station is the one that needs to be written to. (and maybe their legal department)

My sister-in-law collects these, and has been looking all over for this years edition. Does anyone know if they made them this year or not? If so do you know which store has them? I have looked on ebay, all over the Target site (but they weren't listed last year either) and still cannot find one. Thanks if anyone can help. (PS - I hope I can post this on here)

Thanks so much - If I manage to camp out and get the stuff I want I will be DONE shopping after visiting best buy. I want 2 tv's for my kids - the 59 one & the 129 one I want a computer for my mom & dad (not sure which one yet though) movies for filler presents and I am sure I will find me something when I go back and really study the ad! LOL oh yeah and an ipod with gift card for youngest son. I am totally addicted to this site.

On DH's side he has 5 brothers & Sisters, each married and a total of 16 kids (including mine) - we used to draw names for the kids, and brought generic gifts for the adults to do the draw the number gift with. That got old so we did a few years of white elephant gifts, something from your house you don't need (but funny) or something you picked up at Goodwill/throughout the year. Now we designate one person for the white elephant (usually me cause I am a packrat) and then everyone is back to bringing one gift in the $15 range. The total age range is from 8 to 59 with everyone inbetween. So you are only spending as much as what your family size is. But we end up enjoying the white elephant much more, and there is more stealing going on. (usually we have about 3 gifts that are constantly stolen) Sometimes we go around with our numbers 3 times. LOL To the person who had so many to buy for and a $30 limit, what if you suggested drawing names for all the kids. Especially on thanksgiving if you all are getting together. Then you can also do a wish list.

I do the same as the others - from mom & dad under tree, and then santa comes during the night. (and my kids are teens & 20's... LOL)

I didn't head out today but I did head out Friday night and got some good deals. Bath & Body Works: Picked up some hand soap on sale for 5 bucks and got my free candle worth $10 (thanks to the womans day catalog) Printed out my 15 off on Yankee candle coupon, went to a local store here that took it, bought my 3 co-workers their large candles... and spent 50 bucks. Then got another gift card from the store for 10 bucks to use on anything after nov 28. So really got 3 large candles for 40 bucks. Picked up my free victorias secrets perfume :) Used the LNThings 25% off coupon and got a slipcover for a sofa - was 49.99, marked down to 39.99 and ended up paying 30 bucks. Got a few picture frames on clearance for 2 bucks (normally they were around 12 -15) Used my Dicks coupon and got my DH a microfiber jacket - was 69.99, on sale for 49 and ended up getting it for 39.99. oh and hit Old Navy and got a few more of the mens long sleeve shirts for 5.97, many tshirts for 1.97 and jeans on sale for 15.97 (not a true bargain but they were 50% off) I think that is it. Hmm, with all I saved ya think I could get someone to wrap it all for me? leah

My cheapest one I have ever done was to use a larger candle (any color.. I used a 3 wick one last year I got a the dollar store), wrap leftover garland around it, and added some ornaments to it. Other ones have just been to use a clear vase and put ornaments in it. I hope this helps, I know they aren't truly original, but I hate spending a ton of money on centerpieces. leah

I usually make one of the kids go along (especially if it is an item for them at BB) - and they have to stand in line, letting people go ahead of them while I run and get stuff. Much easier and quicker to check out that way. Although our BB moved this year and the layout is a bit quirky, so I am not sure how this plan will work.

We bought both the Scene it DVD and the Shout about the Movies last year to play at Christmas - everyone liked the Shout games alot better than the scene it ones. (and they are a bit cheaper Amazon has them for 18.99 I picked up the newer version for us to play this Christmas... so I won't be able to comment on them yet, but I know I can't wait! ---- leah - newly addicted to this site
