Whats your story?

Anyone else having problems with Dell.com? I placed a couple of orders , didnt recieve a confirmation number until 5 days later (Which is suppose to be given the day after placing an order). I recieved part of my order yesterday and never got a tracking number(On their site it written a not being shipped yet). I called their sales dept and they didnt even know what was going on. I still can't believe they gave me an estimated delivery of Jan 2007:no: . I hope I recieve my order before christmas. I might have to reconsider buying a computer next year from them. Of the several years ordering from Dell.com this is the worst experience I had. Anyway, Anyone else having problems with their site? Update** They updated my order . I will recieve my order in two days.

Target - 1 minute. Bestbuy- 0 minutes - I guess the people who stood in those 40+ lines missed the open cash register in the back. HM - 0 Footlocker 20 minutes. Too bad I missed the 40% off everything:( . Circuit City- 30-45 minutes then left with nothing. Macys - 30 minutes .

Do you know how hard it was to get that $100 rebate?? I sent mines in the second day after I bought my tivo and a month later I was told the rebate expired:eek: . The rebate was a month long promo. So I had to resubmit my rebate [as stated on the postcard] and again they mailed that my rebate was invalid:mad: . I called and told them about the situation and was given my rebate after months and months of waiting .
