I own my own retail business. I am lucky that we work by appointment only. I have scheduled my appointments for that Saturday, so I could have all of Black Friday off. My partner isn't into Black Friday so she is taking some appointments that day.

Get breakfast, and go back to the house. Sort through the items, put them in the gift closet. Take a nap Decorate for Christmas, and Hanukah Go out to dinner.

I've gone to Kmart in the past, I think I'm going to try to go to Kmart and Big lots this year depending on what the they have.

My mom hosts a cookie swap. We host an open house both for our friends, and the a seperate one for my boyfriends staff.

If I'm in CT we go to the movies, and then I sleep over at my mom's with my sisters and we make our lists of where we are going shopping the next day. If we are in NJ with my boyfriends family, we just hang out, eat, look at our stuff, and then C and I make our lists of where we want to go the next day.

Since I became an aunt I go way overboard for my niece. The past two years I've bought so much I've held it over for her birthday in March. I tend to overbuy for my mom and babysister. I have a lot of trouble with my boyfriend and my older sister though.

I don't have kids yet, just a niece to spoil! I normally just set a limit to spend and then when I hit that limit thats the number of gifts there are.

I have to open mine on Christmas morning from my mom, my sisters would be happy to open then on Christmas Day but it just doesn't seem right. We do gifts from aunts, uncles, and cousins on Christmas Eve, and then we open the ones from Mom and sisters depending on where we are for Christmas Day.

Aside from world peace and health for my family I"d like... A new Vera Bradley bag for work, pink crocs, and new clothes.

I'm all about the wrapping paper. I start buying my paper the day after Christmas for the following year. Each person gets their own paper and that way I don't have to bother with gift tags. The nieces normally get different kinds of princesses, or Dora, etc. Stuff like that!

Print out my final lists from here, pick up the paper on my way to Kmart in the morning. I go to Kmart even if there isn't anything good so I can at least be out and getting into the spirit of things! Go to the fam's have dinner, play games etc. Go home make final lists, and then head out depending on what I need to be in line for. We shop most of the day and then have dinner out and crash.

I would love to do the ornament exchange and the ss.

I try to have at least $500.00 set aside. I figure out what my budget is when the adds start coming out, as compared to how much holiday shopping I still have left to do.

I normally wear a track suit, and carry a small purse over my shoulder with my debit card, credit card, check book, phone, keys, and gum.
