Call your venue, I was told from mine that it is up to them if they will release at the box office or via ticketmaster online the day of the concert. We went to the Hartford show, got tickets via the internet the morning of the concert, (good seats) they were releasing some slowly at ticketmaster.com until about 2pm. When we picked them up at will call they were releasing all the floor seats cheaper than online because there are no surcharges. We ended up in the 2nd row. It was a great time, my DD9 loved it and she got the best photos.

I ordered a Nintendo DS pink on black friday and received a confirmation that it would ship by December 2nd. Well the date has come and no Nintendo DS, when you call the customer service line for an update it disconnects you and the staus is still the same on the website. I wrote an email that was responded to via form letter stating how sorry they are and the will notify me as soon as it ships....... Looks like I have to look for one elsewhere if I want it in time for x-mas. Anyone going through a similar experience?

Be patient I just got one from etoys...it took 34 minutes for it to go through.
