We did this at Target last year, bought the Car DVD player and then DH took it back Black Friday morning while I went to get what else we needed. It was the easiest thing ever!

I SWEAR it will be less!!!, I say that every year....but this time, I mean it. DD18 and DS16 are both getting laptops and that's it. The other boys are 9, 5, 8 months, and they have everything that they could possibly ever need. No big tickets here except the laptops.

When you guys talk about a "binder" what exactly do you put in it and how? I usually just write everything I'm getting at which store on a sheet of paper, but I was interested in the binder.

My lights really are going up this weekend, even if I hadn't seen a commercial! I'll set them to come on at 12:00 midnight on Black Friday, so we'll see them as we're leaving for our shopping excursion.

Last year I was at Nebraska Furniture Mart. If any of you have ever been to a NFM you know what I'm talking about when I say it's huge, for those of you haven't, trust me it's BIG. Anyway, they had digital picture frames for 20.00 and I went to get one. There was absolutely no organization, no one directing people, it was absolute pure chaos. I was stuck in the same spot after getting my picture frame for 45 minutes. We couldn't move at all. These two guys came barreling through the aisle with a cart, just running into people and pushing people out of the way. There was a lady pushing a stroller directly in front of me and I was so afraid they were going to run over her baby!! Some really big tall guy grabbed their cart so we could move and I was so thankful. I have never been so scared in all my life, (except that one time when I was driving and it started hailing softball size hail, but that's another story). Anyway, I will NEVER and I mean NEVER go back to that store on Black Friday. FYI, it's over 1 million square feet and you couldn't have gotten another person in there.

There were two guys pushing a shopping cart through a crowd and almost ran over this lady with a stroller. The man standing beside me pushed them back and said "there's a baby up here". I have never been so scared in all my life. For anyone that hasn't seen a NFM, they are huge, and it was full of people from top to bottom, for those that have seen a NFM, you can imagine how many people that is. I will never go there on BF again!!!

Okay, I called my local BB and yes they do have PSA's, so I asked if there were any days they didn't offer the service he said NO, so I asked how I could schedule one, he told me to just go to the front door and ask for one. "What about the day after Thanksgiving?, "Oh, they'll probably be too busy for it on that day!" What???? So they do have PSA's, there aren't any days they don't offer them, but you can't get one on Black Friday? Do you think I should call someone else?
