It's going to be one expensive holiday in this house.....

Toys R Us has Lego's on sale alot of the time for buy 1 get 1 50% off. They also carry Best Lock construction sets that ARE compatible with Lego's and I think they are just as good.

Scored 6 Braun Oral B Triumph toothbrushes for 37.54 each marked down from 149.99! Two of them have Smartguide technology and rang up at 64.98, but they were marked 37.54. She tried telling me twice that they were different than the other ones, they had different numbers, but I pointed out twice that they were marked 37.54 too. She acted like I was a thief or something. The floor manager said to go ahead and change the price. SCORE!! Toothbrushes for Christmas anyone????

That is an AWESOME story, I'm teary just reading it. I am very fortunate and have a wonderful support network around me and don't have to take my children with me. However, there was a time years ago when I was a broke single parent and would have taken them if I had to.

AMEN TO THIS!!!! All three of my boys wanted one last year, so they all got one. We even had to go buy a second one because our car got broken into and one got stolen. They are a pain in the butt, too big, too heavy, too bulky, darts all over the house. Guess what my 9 year old wants this year? The Nerf Raider!!......uh, Not no, but HELL NO!!!

Last year my husband and I made it to every single store by opening time and ended up getting every single thing we went for. We went to Sears for a weight bench, Target for a razor, Toys R Us for "god only knows what" and were in and out and standing in line for the next store.... it was soooooo awesome and the weather was nice too.
