  1. Best Buy has them for $89.99 as well. The add'l guitar is on pre-order at Toys R Us.com and is not expected to ship till 1/28. I bought the game yesterday and it is a lot of FUN! I found myself playing it for 30 minutes alone earlier, its a blast. I would defiantely recommend this game. :)
  2. I waited all holiday season last year and the DS Lite never went on sale. $129 is its going price. I finally bought them in Aug. for my kids' b-days. I also bought myself one when the new black/red color came out. I'll be buying the new Zelda one as soon as it comes out in stores, thats a bundle one for $149.
  3. Our Best Buy is small! Last year we walked in about an hour after the opening and the check-out line wrapped all the way around the inside of the store thru aisles, back and forth, etc. It was nuts! Needless to say we walked in, saw the line and walked right back out. For the bigger stores I'm sure the line is better, but for the small ones its bad.
  4. Several of the Wii games for $14.99 and $19.99. Their ad is for Fri. and Sat. Does anyone think they'd have items left by Sat.?
  5. Your Wii's are probably ok, but go to the Nintendo site to see if you have an remote that needs the new straps. The "older" one's (as they are being called) were recalled. Enjoy your Wii!! We were lucky and got our's on release day 11/19, we love it!!!
  6. Thank you for posting the link. I have four of the "old" straps and just ordered my replacements.
  7. Bought these too when Target had them for $19.99. Also bought DD a Webkinz stuffed animal. It has a code that you log on-line with and play with the pet in it's own world, etc. Hope DD likes both.
  8. Found individual tubs at Wal Mart in the Play-do aisle. The kids like playing with the stuff but warning! it does make a mess. Fine sand all over the place when they are done. Defiantely have them play with it over a tile/wood floor that can be swept, not a carpet. I will never buy them anymore of it that's for sure.
  9. The Wii will play all Gamecube games plus you can download older games onto it as well. The Wii is a A LOT of fun! We opened it up the minute we got it home on Nov 19th and everyone in the family loves it! (DS 11 yrs, DD 7 yrs, husband and myself) If you already have a Gamecube I'd suggest the Wii. We own every Nintendo system that has been put out, never have purchased any of the other brands so I can't tell you anything about the XBox. I know the PS3 has glitches and won't play all of their titles. Seems silly to put out a game console that you know has problems. Sure DS will love whichever system he gets.
  10. Got one of each, they flew off the pallet at 5 a.m. only to reappear and be plenty of them again at 9 a.m. The Cabbage Patch Babies however were gone within 2 minutes and didn't reappear, same with the $5 Fashion Fever Barbies. Glad I got one of everything : )
  11. I don't understand how some Wal Mart's pricematched and others didn't?! Shouldn't that have been an across the board thing with all Wal Mart's (either way)?
  12. Gameboy Advance SP~because there isn't a Circuit City within 200 miles of my town and they weren't selling them on-line.
  13. Nothing, we were able to purchase everything we wanted. Didn't wait in any lines outside of the stores (didn't buy any large ticket items, only toys and dvd's), had a great time!
  14. 5 a.m. Things were still shrink wrapped. Some items the Wal Mart workers didn't get too and the customers pulled off the shrink wrap at 5 a.m. Nothing at our Wal Mart had prices on it either. The employees were writing with black markers on the boxes as people were grabbing items.
  15. Our's is new too, and it has price scanners but the funny thing is the two that we found yesterday would not work. Hmmmm
  16. Wal Mart would not price match here in ND either. I was trying to buy one toy that Target had on-sale. So I politely told the lady I didn't want it then and I'd go to Target and buy it from them. I don't understand why stores don't price match on BF. You'd think you'd want your store to take in the money instead of your competitor, it makes no sense to me. Oh, and Target had no "Early Bird" specials so that shouldn't have been an excuse. Oh well, I went to Target and bought the item with no problems.
  17. Haven't seen it on sale but the cost is $19.99. Wal Mart, KMart and Target have plenty of them here in ND. Look for the 4 project kits that go with them as well $4.99 each. I bought the cutter and one of each project kits for my kids. Sure hope it works like it says it does. It looks like a fun crafting item.
  18. There wasn't anything extra at our Wal Mart
  19. Please let the Gameboy SP be one of the items :) I realize those are older but I so need one for my DD & we don't have a Circuit City within 200 miles of us. Off to Wal Mart in one hour! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE
  20. THANK YOU! That darn little green present in the corner saying "Thanksgiving Special" and you can't order it...arrgghhh I'll check in the a.m. before I head to the stores, hopefully then maybe.
  21. Unfortunately I can't price match at Wal Mart on the Gameboy SP. Our town does not have a Circuit City nor do we get an add for one. THANKS though!
  22. OfficeMax has the ScanDisk 2GB SD for $24.99 both on-line & at the store. I bought mine on-line this morning and best of all FREE SHIPPING!!!!!
  23. Can't buy the Gameboy SP on-line. Which stinks because we don't have a Circuit City in our town either. No other store is doing a Gameboy SP sale..whaaaa lol
  24. Bought our Wii! Arrived at Best Buy at 7:30am and was 16 in line. Have the Wii, three games and three controllers. Just need to buy nunchuck's (however you spell it) now.
