It's kinda a pain to use sometimes, but I love saving on batteries, especially when the kids forget to turn them off and then we had dead batteries.

I can't think of anything off hand, but I remember as a kid standing in line with my mom to get a Cabbage Patch Kid. Of course that wasn't for Black Friday, but they were sure a "hot" toy.

I have never gone by myself. This year I will probably be taking my 12 year old and leaving my 15 year old in charge of the 2 little ones at home. I wish that I had someone other than the kids to go with me, but no one else goes.

I buy for my children(of course), my mother and father, my niece and nephews, and my brothers(we are supposed to buy just for the kids, but I usually pick them up something too).

I bought my paper last year after Christmas. I don't use anything particular, but do try to get characters or some sort of kiddie type paper along with some kind for grown-ups as well. I always use Santa paper for presents from Santa. My oldest loves penquins and luckily I found him some paper with them on it clearacned last year. All of his presents will be wrapped in that most likely.

I am also from Ohio and found out about this place last year from channel 8 news too. I am so glad that I did. It is a great place to belong to. Everyone is so nice and all the deals, contests, and freebies posted all year long makes it such a wonderful place to come to daily.

I will pick up clearanced/sale items throughout the year and save them for Christmas, birthdays, etc., but all the new things that come out around Christmas and all the great deals for BF and up until Christmas makes it so I still buy stuff.

Everytime I try to checkout it tells me that I removed all the items from my cart. Too late, I guess. I too thought that I was getting some good deals for Christmas.

I cook dinner every year. Turkey and all the goodies that go along. My father comes over. The rest of my family usually shows up for dessert. This year both of my brother's are without SO, so they may be over for dinner too.
