I don't know why Walmart stopped selling the Lightning McQueen ride-on. I remember seeing the last one like 3 months ago for $138. That was a really good price. I've never seen this one going under $200 in ToysRUs. Of course, my son now wants that for Christmas!.

I think what they meant is the KB Toys stores in those specific outlets. There is always a KB Toys store in almost every outlet.
