  1. You'll have to camp out. Last year I went for the lap top deal. I though 3 am was early enough.. Geeezzz, did I think wrong. The line was already atleast a mile long.
  2. When I had a big problem with Filenes (now Macys) last year I got all my documents lined up & filed a formal report with the BBB. After filing my complaint, the regional manager called me apoligized, sent me a $100 gift card, & replaced my defective product. If you have written proof of price & price match. I would file a complaint. & I totally agree, word of mouth hurts them worse than anything.

  6. I got one about a month ago from Amazon. I was one of the refurbished Kitchen Aide mixers & I am very satisfied. I have the 4qt bowl & I've made a double batch of chocolate chip cookies (the receipe from the back of choc chip bag) & had no problems with bowl size. The deal Brad is talking about is exactally the deal I used. The refurbished one comes with a warranty for 6 months. My mixer looks new, there is no scratches or dings anywhere on it.
  7. My Old Navy wasn't so good with bargains. I searched & searched through the clearance wracks & managed to find 2 tank tops for 97cents. I did see small children flip flops for 97cents... but I don't have anyone that small. Congratulations on your great bargain finds.

    50% off toys?

    I was at Kohl's today & was lucky enough to be there when they were opening a new shipment of Elmo TMX's. I got the Elmo with the 30% off. What a deal!! FYI: When the supply ended the stock boy was sending everyone to customer service for rain checks. He was acting like more was suppose to come in. Only 9 was in todays shipment.

  14. I checked last night at my Target. The lady working in Toys & the lady at the service desk both told me they were not getting any more Elmo TMX until after X-mas.!!

  16. My Hubby thinks I have totally lost my mind when I set out for my shopping adventure. I talked him into it 1 year (& only 1 year) He said he would NEVER do it again. I have to say my Sis-in-law is the best shopping partner. We plan a strategy on Turkey Day.
