Can we lock those threads we know for sure are spam as soon as it's branded as such? If they're open, people tend to add on to it, and it keeps getting bumped up. It also shows up on the New Posts link on top. Sorry if it's sounds like I'm taking it too seriously...

Lucky - He he he - I think that's enough for a stink! Ross - I'm still getting a read receipt request pop-up.

Brad - I see I'm not the only one, though I'm afraid the thread you linked didn't really solve anything for me! Can we do something about it? Or should we wait until more people raise a stink about it?

OK, I'm new here, so please pardon my rant. Am I the only one who thinks that the read receipt pop-up when sending PMs get annoying after a while? It's nice to be able to track messages, but not only is it confusing ("Cancel"? Cancel what?), it is also a waste of a click (or a keystroke). Please let me know I'm not the only one who finds this annoying... (I made a trip to the vBulletin forums already to find out how to disable it, but that's up to the admins.)
