I bought one on ebay. (I'm ashamed, but my baby "needed" it.) Anyway, I can't believe what people are selling them for on ebay. The bald ones are like $40 or $50!!!

Our Target had plenty of digital cameras. We didn't get there until about 6:30. My sister went to the electronics and they were just putting out 3 more boxes worth. The lady working electronics kept telling ppl to be patient...they had plenty in the back.

I have to drive an hour to get to where we shop. We're already talking about renting an RV and camping out in the parking lot :)

There's no WalMart where I live, but there are 6 within an hour in any direction. When we didn't find a Cabbage Patch Newborn I called my husband and had him check at 2 of the smaller WalMarts on his way to work....they said they had sold out within 5 minutes.

I don't know....but she wasn't about to relinquish one of them. I could understand cops in the electronics aisle, but we had cops in the toys. Two guys got in a fist fight over the last 3 Cabbage Patch kids. I went back to WalMart today and paid full price for a Cabbage Patch Baby. Tae will never know the difference :)

WalMart was so unorganized. Of course, we didn't get there until right at 5 a.m. (Yes, my baby isn't getting a newborn CPK). But the lines were horrible and people were rude and crazy. I saw a lady with 3 carts of just CareBears and Cabbage Patch Kids. We just ended up leaving. We had much better luck at Toys R Us and Target. The lines were loooong, but we put my niece line with the cart and shopped while she stood in line. I like that Target doesn't put everything out and let ppl have a free-for-all. Overall I had a good time....except for my sister complaining. I think I'll have to find a new buddy next year :) TaesMomma!

I went and put stuff on layaway a few weeks ago at Wal*Mart. I put a Little Tyke keyboard on layaway for my daughter. It had a tag that said $27.77 (or something). When I got home and looked at my receipt, it said $32!!! Toys R Us is having the same keyboard for $14.88 on BF. Guess I won't be picking some of my Wal*mart order up.

Actually, the more I think about it....the less I want to go. I didn't get to go last year because I couldn't take the baby with me. We have to go an hour north or south to shop. I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it. Oh, Hi, I'm new. TaesMomma!
