do any walmarts hand out tickets or do they all do the mad dash thing?

I just called my local walmart and asked if they would be handing out tickets. They said no. I was planning on camping out for the laptop and some other items but the last thing I want to do is camp out for hours and then not get an item even if I am the first in line!! Now I think I will go to a store that hands out tickets.

Seems to me, if I have the ad they gave me, they will have to honor the price.

I just went to my walmart in N.C. and they handed me the same flyer with the laptops $378. When I was leaving an employee was telling the woman at the door to stop handing the flyers out because the price was wrong.
