I just subscribed, I love this mag so much, I hate that it's not free anymore but well worth paying for IMO, I'd rather have the magazine than having to go search online.

We dont' get to see either sides of our family for Christmas day either (although we do see them afterward) so if any of them are coming for Thanksgiving I always have the house decorated for Christmas, gives it more of a holiday feel and gets me PUMPED for shopping the next day too LOL

Santa only wraps the smaller gifts, the big gifts he doesn't wrap, but to save my behind with the 'same wrapping paper' ordeal, I have the girls leave wrapping paper, tape and gift tags under the tree for 'santa' so that he can wrap the gifts he brings lol

Santa brings the stocking stuffers as well as a few small gifts and a big gift as well.

I agree! As a mom of two, I can't get a babysitter so I stay home and shop online most years, there's no way I'd take my kiddos out in the cold to wait in line just to get some good deals at 5am, heck I wouldn't even go out there when I was pregnant! I can't tell you how many times I've been out there waiting in line at like 3am and parents have a small baby in their arms all bundled up, I just shook my head, we live in OHIO it's COLD up here!!!

Holiday Poke Cupcakes 1 pkg white cake mix 1 cup boiling water 1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello any red flavor 1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip thawed Red or Green food coloring Colored sugar, colored sprinkles, crushed candy cane and/or Jet-Puffed Holiday mallows Marshmallows Directions Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes. Cool in pans 10 min. Pierce cupcakes with large fork at 1/4 inch intervals. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix until completely dissolved; spoon evenly over cupcakes. Refrigerate 20 min. Remove from pans. Tint whipped topping with food coloring; spread over cupcakes. Add decorations. Store in refrigerator.

I'd have to say the Cupcake Factory as well, oh and the Rose Petal Cottage I hate that thing, it takes up so much room and my girls never play with it anymore, they take the table and chairs and stove and play with those but not the cottage itself.

I've got two things on my list. A Digital SLR Camera and a new pink robe (and no not to wear backwards so I have a snuggie lmao I already have 3 slankets!)

My DD (5) last year asked for a TV sivisor....... A WHAT you ask? Yea that's what we said too, she kept asking for it and asking for it, said it was something that put you inside the tv and tv shows, we had no idea what the heck she was talking about and of course it was something she asked Santa for. So, Santa brought her a small kids video camera, and a note saying he couldn't get a TVsivisor because it was just to complicated to have the elves make, so he hoped that the video camera would be a good replacement. Once she used it and saw herself on tv she freaked out and hasn't used it since lol.

I wrap xmas eve, otherwise I forget what I bought lol at least if they're not wrapped I can still see them lol

2 years ago was my first Black Friday, what a zoo!!! When I moved to the US 8 years ago I had no idea what the heck Black Friday was or what it meant, now, I'm an avid Black Friday shopping most part in thanks to Gotta Deal!!!

I always have to work on BF I never get to go out I have to do all my BF shopping online. I'm a Stay At Home Mom but hubby ALWAYS has to work on BF and Christmas Eve, without him watching the kiddos it means no shopping for me

I still order a lot from them, but much less during the 'regular shopping season' than what's coming up, Amazon boxes should start piling in soon around here LOL

I just got accepted to my first party (after a few years) as well, for Windows 7 CANT WAIT!

They did it last year, it started late but it was done.... I still think we have a wait for the 'good' toy sale, 40% is nothing.
