I always went alone when my kids were young, you just have to be prepared and PRICE MATCH everything you can @ Walmart so you don't have to go to more than one store. Make it a game with the kids!

When does the $10 off for coupon appear?? I put in the timberland coupon but when does the $10 get subtracted. I used the link from google also. Thanks I am patiently awaiting spending money at Timberland. :D

Just ordered one for my 11 year old son, and also the Canon Power Shot SD600, which I ended up paying only $161 for. I have to stay off this board so I can keep some MONEY in my pockets:cheesy:

I played several times with different email addresses and put in generic info and NEVER received a generic coupon!!!!

I placed my order and then they emailed me back hours later saying it was CANCELLED. I called the 800# and was told due to overwhelming response they were sold out of almost everything and the website is erroneously letting people continue to order sold out items. I am disappointed. l

Thanks for posting that coupon code, I knew it was close to the time they normally offer this. I was able to purchase the boots my son wanted that were sold out everywhere in Chicago.

Another good deal, is when you go back to some stores (Target, Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy etc) within the 14 days of initial purchases and are able to receive a price adjustment becuz an item you bought has been reduced again.

I purchase my wrapping paper, and additional ornaments the day after.

Walmart does suck, this will be the first year I don't hit them first.
