  1. they are all doing that with no more unlimited data. we have verizon and had one of my hubby's coworkers told us about how they went in and signed up with the unlimited data. went in couple of days later to add the kids and it wasn't unlimited anymore. also my sister had unlimited and changed her plan and they booted her off the unlimited. so if you have it, be careful because they'll probably use any excuse to kick you to the tiered one.
  2. sign was out in front of the store here in wny for $5 pepsi 24 pack. so i got four. looks like they are gonna run out soon.
  3. they were $5 in wny a couple weeks ago and then went up to $6.18. at first when they raised it they put 1.00 coupons on them so i still grabbed a couple. but now they are $6.18. wonder if they will go back to $5. i'd definitely grab me a few if they did. probably won't.
  4. We have had verizon for many years now. We had sprint years ago and the coverage sucked. My husband used to drive all over WNY and on the border or pennsylvania for his job and with sprint there were so many places he couldn't get service. At verizon the out of service areas were seriously minimized. Then I got on verizon and we dropped the home phone. The phone I got recently to replace mine (i thought it had died for good) SUCKS! its a CDM 8950 which is a pretty basic phone. My husband is up for his new every 2 (the last one he is eligible for) but doesn't want to. They are trying to get us on a data plan. Screw that! I don't text and am not getting any data or texting plan unless I can get a phone with one of those keyboard things.... and that's not happening because I'd have to buy it myself and my cheap basic phone was $300 if I bought it. I know because I didn't activate it in 20 days and they charged me $300!! I like verizon, but i think these cell phones are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!! And it would be nice if I didn't have to buy all new cords every time I replaced my phone. Oh well. I myself wonder how the smaller carriers would be. $50 for unlimited talk/text/internet. sounds good. Just don't know about places you can get service.
  5. just want to let you know that i got an email that they restocked all their coupons. i just got one of the leapster game and the tag book printed out. and thanks for the heads up.
  6. the dollar general thing.... that sounds great!!
  7. there is a url address for the picture you want to put on here (assuming it is online). right click on the picture you want to put here and go to properties. highlight the address and copy. then when you post, click on the picture icon which should be image. paste in the url for the picture and click ok. if you preview the post the picture should show up.
  8. Well, i just tried to see if it would work for me. I have an existing account and it wouldn't let me get the phone for a penny unless i was getting a new account, for what it's worth. In their defense, I am not eligible for an upgrade at this time.... but they wouldn't have known that based on the fact that they had no information about my specific account. Just an FYI.
  9. I didn't see this posted, and my local tv station did a story on this. Amazon wireless is offering phone upgrades for phones compatible with many carriers for a penny... I just thought I'd share this because it sounds like an awesome deal. http://wireless.amazon.com/
