That is true. We went from 338 stores under The Children's Place (TCP) ownership to now around 200 under Disney ownership. Just so everyone knows if your local Disney Store is open now it will be staying open. All stores that were to be closed have been closed already. Be sure to call your local store to see what time they are opening on Black Friday. Some are midnight but not all. Mine is a 4am opening store.

The deals are great now and will only get better friday. And don't forget coupons can be used but only after 10am. Enjoy your Turkey day!

That's correct. Up until 10am you cannot use any coupons since the store is 20% off, the ususal restrictions though ie. disney dollars, theme park tickets, gift cards, dvd's, cd's are not included. See everyone at 5am...

i already asked my manager about coupons. the word i got is that you cannot use them with the 20%, but after 10am you can. Ill double check tomorrow. i havent checked disneyshopping.com but their merchandise is different than disney stores. disneyshopping is owned by disney, disney stores are owned by the childrens place so our merchandise is made just for our stores. we have a website disneystore.com which is linked with disney's site. so when you search online it will bring up merchandise from both sites. confusing, absolutley. i cant tell you how many times ive had people scream at me because we dont have the item they saw online.

If they said they are opening at 4am its a pretty set thing and I wouldn't expect them to open early.

just for a reminder if you need to return or exchange costumes it has to be done by halloween, with your receipt, and ALL tags attached and there are no price adjustments on halloween merchandise.

i work for the disney store. with halloween costumes there are no price adjustments. the only way to get the cheaper price is to return the one you purchased and repurchase a new one off the rack. you cannot rebuy the one you returned. that is the only way to get an "adjustment". also with regular merchandise you have 7 days from date of purchase to get an adjustment.

My walmart in Lehighton, PA had about 20. I was there at 10pm Thanksgiving night to make sure I had a chance to get one. There were a couple cars but we all made a deal to stay in and keep the order we arriveed. It wasnt until 2:30am when we started lining up. 5am mad stampede towards electronics. My dad and I managed to get 2 laptops. No fights that I saw, but the people elbow to elbow about 40 deep to get into electronics. we kept those laptops tight against our chests to keep them...
