I usually get about 3-4 hours of sleep. I toss and turn all night thinking of what I will buy. Or worrying that the alarm won't go off. I also have an hour drive to get to the nearest walmart/target/kmart/shopko.

Shopko is the best! With all their free toys after rebate. Last year I got my son the remote control car and he took it for sharing at school a few weeks ago. The teacher made it a point to ask me where I got it so she could get one for her son and I had to tell her it was free at Shopko! LOL But you are right, it's usually pretty sparce in there any other day in the year except black friday. They are still one of the few that actually give out something free as you walk in the door. Remember years ago Target used to give out those bags filled with sample items? And K-mart used to give out things too. Now nobody does it. Now that I think of it, I don't think Shopko did last year either.

I am not impressed so far this year either. Usually someone has a few things that I have to have. The only thing with Targets ad is, if I remember correctly, their ad is a 2 day sale and not necessarily a Black Friday ad. I know I will still get up at the butt crack of dawn to shop if only for the excitement and not for the deals. I am hoping that someone has a barn burner of an ad.
