Seems like the computer and the monitor will be packaged seperately so that they can upgrade you on the monitor. Get an LCD for $100 more or something. Which they can't do if it is all in the same box. YMMV.

AAHHHH!!!! Only 6-7 hours til I go stand in line. Of course, the turnout could be diminished somewhat because it is 17 degrees and blowing snow. YAY!!!

AVOID BEST BUY AT ALL COSTS!!!! There are people with guns, knives, and they are just waiting to rob you the minute you step out of your car and wait in line at midnight. It is MUCH safer to wait until, oh I don't know, 5AM when the store has opened then you can jump out of your car and run right into the store where the security gaurds will protect you.

I love the pic with the kid in the cart. Just think of all those other people banging their carts into his. I will try to snap some pics this year now that I have a phone with a camera in it. "This picture is at 1AM." Shot of people freezing their butts off in line. "This picture is at 2AM." Ditto. "This picture is at 3AM." Etc, etc. LOL

Is anyone else planning on doing a "dry run" regarding the weather and putting all your BF clothes on and standing outside for a while on Wednesday night? I thought of this so I will not be totally surprised as to how cold it is and to add additional clothing if necessary.

Saw the same thing. I went to BB on Sunday to pick up RAM and paper that I bought with BBB. Saw lots of employees wearing t-shirts with stick on name tags on them. They must have been stocking for BF. Also saw lots of computers and other stuff. I felt like drawing a diagram of the store in a full body tattoo a la Prison Break.

"Server too busy". Man, if they ONLY have one, that is the problem right there.

YESSS!!!! Maybe now the late-comers, wanna-be's, complainers, doorbuster-grabber's, line-jumpers, and deal-stealer's will NOT go because of the cold weater and/or rain and/or snow. I will be prepared either way. (Think trash bag over the head with a hole cut in it for a rain coat. Cheap and you can just take it off and throw it away before you go in the store. )

Funny how it says that he rarely shops, then says he pays no attention to fashion. Is clothes the only thing they consider shopping. ? What about computers, hello?
