I have 3 Walmarts in my area (all pretty close). 2 are 24 hour ones where you don't have to wait in the cold. 1 you do have to stand in line. God only knows why, but people still do. LOL. You'd think they would go to the 24 hour ones. At least I am

I plan to price match 3 PS2 games at Walmart. Verified they do have them in stock. My question is: Do I have to wait till 5am to get the price match (and get them to get them out of the locked case) or would they price match in the middle of the night as Im going at 12:30am or so. Also, will I have to buy them in the electronics department? I would rather just get them in my cart and price match at the front of the store with the other items Im buying. Scary, but have never dealt with this situation at Walmart since going out there every year on BF. Im wondering if I have to stand in line with all the other people standing in line for other items (tower/tvs/etc) . All my ps2 games are locked in the glass case so thats why I wasn't sure the protocal. Thanks for any insight.

My Walart is 24 hours so its always open. Lines Im sure would have started in the electronics department. Luckily I don't need anything there. Heading to Walmart around 12:30am.

With so many good clearances, online deals, and weekly ads, I got almost all of my kids' christmas done already. Just going out to Walmart for a few items. Price matching some. (PS2 games that I made sure they had in stock)

I went by my Best Buy at around 7:45pm and there was literally 100++ people in line. Went passed Circuit City on my way home and only 8 people in line there

Honestly, if you were going to that you should have been in line this afternoon. Big ticketed items are primarily at Best Buy and/or Circuit City. Although Best Buy was your best bet to make money.

Can you just price match at Walmart? I know I went by Circuit City after driving by Best Buy and they were over 25 people in line there. (Best Buy had over 100 people)

I know my Walmart had the 3 packs of games yesterday for sale. Not sure if they are available online though. If they are, its 5am eastern

Well, I went by my Best Buy in Canton and it was a MAD HOUSE. By the time I left (around 7:45pm) I swear there was almost 100 people in line. Tents were up, heaters going, chairs everywhere. Totally nuts. My son was with me and he was shocked. lol. I asked the first people in line what time they showed up and they got there at noon! crap!

I just got back from Best Buy and over 100 people in line (tents, chairs, heaters in full swing). On my way home, I went by TRU, no one there. Not sure if TRU will have the Wii systems. I was there a few days ago and 5 systems of Wii were available. They don't seem to be flying off the shelves here

I never bring a purse either. Hard to hold on and grab items. LOL. Have a wallet that holds a charge card, license, and cash. So much easier I also write a list of what I need so I don't get caught up into the sales and forget to grab what I came to get (I've done this before) Also make sure you have all your other ads if price matching. Most Walmarts want the actual physical ad Wear comfortable shoes. I was shocked last year when I saw 2 ladies trying to walk in heels. (Ridiculous) Dress warmly and most importantly--- COMFORTABLY.
