I only see one thing from Toys R Us that I want and I have to get it there as Walmart/KB doesn't carry it! Shoot

shoot, there is some stuff my hubby wants, but no CompUSA around me. Closest I found from the web site was in Fairlawn, 32 miles from me. All well

I usually got to kB Toys and they open at 5am! Toys R Us says they open at 6am, but open by 5:30am every year. Last year they opened by 5am to compete with our KB. Everything else is 7am. (Oh, our Walmart is also 24 hrs but guard their BF deals like it was piles of money instead of toys!) So no getting them till 6am

I have yet to go to sleep before BF. Yes, I stay up all night!! With KayBee, I always go there first. They open at 5am. If you are not in line by at least 1am, you mind as well for get it. So I figure I'll suffer a tad bit that night, but will take a nice long nap when I get back!

I didn't see anything on TRU'S ad. Depressing

On Thanksgiving itself, I always head to Kmart as they always have something I want for cheap. On BF, for the last 4 years, I have went to KayBee first. Then Toys R Us (they always open at LEAST 1/2 earlier than reported), then Walmart. KayBee is open at 5am so Im outta there by 5:20am. Last year, I was out by 5:15 am and headed over to Toys R Us and they had already opened at 5am too. (Origonal scheduled opening was 6am).

I wouldn't allow my kids to go regardless! I get ALL of my shopping done on BF and wouldn't want little eyes seeing what they were getting. Im over half way done now so I should finish it up on BF. Even if I have to pay regular price, Im out at the stores and want to finish! Im so ahead of the game this year, I've wrapped everything I bought too. Hubby is so proud. Last year I was wrapping christmas eve till 1am!

My hubby stays home with the kids and Im the one that heads out. Even if I get up for one thing, its the excitment of the "deal finds". I am disappointed though in the toy category as that is the main reason I head out. I usually finish all the shopping that day but the rumored TRU ad didn't impress me very much. I think it is early and not everything that will be on sale is listed. Who knows, I just may be running to more stores than I think

PLEASE, KayBee toys come through for me!!! TRU doesn't seem to have ANYTHING on my kids list. I was so hoping they would come through since Walmart didn't. The only thing that is a maybe is a couple of the radio controlled vehicles. And thats only if I like what I see when I see pics. BF will be depressing this year I think!

So far none!! LOL. Im praying Toys R Us and KayBee toys comes through for me. Otherwise this will be the first BF in 4 years that I've gotten sleep. Nothing so far on any of the BF deals are on my childrens lists. Im mainly needing toy items so waiting for the toy stores to see what they will have

I talked to a walmart employee today and she said she thinks the video now player is in black and white. (hope she is wrong because I can get a price adjustment on mine). She said they got a shipment of the black and white ones in. They are clearancing the black and white pvds too right now for $5. On the rack inside the store today was at least 6 racks of ALL black and white pvds to go with the black and white video nows. Dont know if thats a hint, but thats what she told me. (Im in Ohio)

I honestly think by the way these ads look (toy wise for my 2 kids ages 5 and 10) that I will be completing their christmas lists paying regular price at the stores. Nothing so far is what they would want. I can only hope Toys R Us and/or KayBee have something to help "santa" out finacially this year on BF.

Im shocked if thats the only toys put out for BF sales. I guess so far its out of pocket regular prices for me! I was hoping for the Play It Now system for my son, Cabbage Patch doll, PVDs for my kids' Video Now Color systems, and maybe a DVD/VCR combo for my parents. Im crossing my fingers thats only a couple of pages worth!

both stores do! I usually hit Target after KayBee and Toys R Us. Kohls is clothes/household. Target is a variety. I remember one year I ran there second as they had tons of good toys available.

I cannot believe she actually had the nerve to pull that off!! I would love to have been there and seen if anyone said anything to her after she got out of the store. Such cheap tricks for a toys! LOL. I go to kayBee here in Ohio too but obviously not mine. Too funny

I hope there is more in the toy section of the BF deals. Im not impressed. Im pretty sure that the Video Now would be for the black and white as my walmart still sells them and also on line. If it is the color one then the one I bought for $62 from Walmart.com will be adjusted! Theres got to be more in the toys?? I'll cross my fingers

What is Fry's? I live in Ohio and I don't believe we have one or at least one in my area as I have never heard of it.

I didn't know Walmart PMd on BF. I just may bring my KayBee and other ads to the store. I think I'll go on Thanksgiving (mine is open) and make sure the items are sold there and just make one trip there. Would make like a lot easier come BF. Plus, its 24 hours so I don't need to freeze at another store!

I always go into the store the day before Thanksgiving just to get an idea where I need to go. Helps when you have 100 other people running in the same direction!

I called and talked to a walmart employee yesterday and I was asking about the PlayItNow systems as they are sold out everywhere. He said they have the ads and he believes that they are on the BF ad so he told me to look for it (thats why he doesn't stock tons of them right now). He said he was told only to put out the bare minimum. I hope hes right!

4 Years ago when the Game Boy Colors were big, KayBee Toys had them for only $19.99 and assorted games for only $4. I, too was mom of the year!

Thats the key for going to stores in a mall. Know where you line up. I remember my first year I called KayBee Toys and they told me where to line up. Here a bunch of people were lining up on the other entrance to the mall. Needless to say they were upset

I bought my son and daughter the videonow color system. My neighbor has one and its very good quality. Small screen, but for trips, this will be great! Walmart and Walmart.com has the cheapest PVDs for the system. They have reduced the pricing right now temporarily. Their systems are only $62 right now too. You also get 5 jewel cases to safely put away the PVDs. I bought my son the orange one and my daughter the pink ones.

My son now says he wants a Play It Now system so Im looking around for the best deal. Walmart.com has them for only $24.62 but they are constantly out of stock. I'll cross my fingers that someone will have them on BF.

I always go to my mall first for BF. KayBee Toys are in there and we line up on the side entrance to the mall and the employees "walk" us to the store. Also, a Sears is right there, but they don't open till 7am whereas KayBee opens up at 5am! Its the only store in the mall that does open that early.
