I haven't been to a T.J. Maxx in years. The one I had pulled out and never came back into the area. I remember going there as a girl/teenager. Got some good deals if I remember correctly

I guess I will have to dust off my Taebo tapes to get ready! LOL. My husband was reading my posts and he went upstairs laughing! he knows I don't run. I hope I can buy 2 of these. Hubby said he wants to get one for his nephew

CAN ANYONE SEE THE FINE PRINT ON THE SCANNED TARGET AD? QUANTITY? AND ANYTHING ABOUT COLORS OF SPs? I see a couple of small printed lines but can't read it
-
God I hope I don't have to run like that. LOL. I think I could make Americans Funniest Home Videos if I get on tape. Mama don't run!

I don't know how much it was, but ALDI's has it. I was there today buying some groceries and they had a whole toy section. That was one of them. This guy was buying 2. I remember how funny it looked seeing a guy in his 40s or so grabbing them and holding one in each hand

Its up now w/ pricing. I like a lot of the items. The only store so far that has got me excited!
-
Do you actually quit shopping when your "list" is finished?

I will buy the items on my list, but probably buy some "last minute or spur of the moment items" too. -
This is my first BF as my husband usually works, but I did always go to the after christmas sales. Loved seeing 70%++ off

My sister and I got the entire kitchen set from Little Tykes from "Santa". We could hardly breathe! This was in the late 70s. We got the big refridgerator and stove. later used the boxes to make a puppet show and pretend tv (saran wrap covered a hole my dad had cut for us). It was our tv screen. So much fun!

I'll let you guys know if my neighbors do it again this year. It was nice last year, but I just didn't know the what do to when they were done! Im thinking this year since they did it on Christmas eve last year, do make sure I have some refreshments to offer on hand. Maybe a treat for their 3 kids too

To be honest, I do love this site, but I just joined. Not familiar with anyone so I probably won't come on all the time. Just to see what the discussions are about

GottaDeal Exclusive: Target Black Friday Ad Items & SCANS Posted!

Target #1 on my list. I like that they concentrated on family, home, and toys. Not electronics so much. Looks like I'll be there this year -
Im trying to envision this. Is it really a mad dash throughout the stores? My god I don't think I ever thought I would have to run to get a present. Usually only two things gets me to run: Someone after me with a sharp object or my daughter is in trouble. So far I haven't had to run! LOL. This may get pretty funny.

KB Toys then I'll have all my stores and can start mapping out a game plan
-
Crap. I don't want to hear that! Do you think I should be there by 2am and sit in the car till people come? I hate to go to Target and not get one because I showed up too late or because I wasn't aggressive enough running to the electronics department (that is where you think they have them right?) They just opened up a new Target less than a mile from me. Im thinking to go there. maybe people don't know its opened yet? Just opened 3 weeks ago.
-
Thanks guys. Appreciate the insight. Im not familiar with the whole BF thing as its my first time out. I've never heard how crazy Target gets so if it opens at 6am, I should be there by 3am? Guess you do a mad dash to electronics from there. I'll make sure I wear my tennis shoes. Haha
-
I hate to have to pay the extra $20, but I am leaning towards Target. I had planned on buying a case for the SP on BF after (hopefully) getting a SP. Shoot, instead of waiting in a nice warm store, I will be stuck outside freezing in line! LOL.
-
Nothing right now. I think I'll wait till Thanksgiving day till I can sit down with my sister-in-law to see what she needs. We will split up, but help each other out getting stuff at different stores.

My daughter wants a Gameboy SP. I had planned to get it for $48.88 at Walmart, but then I see Target will have them for $68.88 (car adapter, case, and super mario advance 2) with it. Which is the better deal? She currently has a regular GameBoy Advance system, but obviously no accessories for the SP. She did say she wanted super mario games. Im not sure now where I should go! She would need a case for her Sp. Would you go for the Walmart one or Target one?
-
Last year, my Target opened at 7am. Looks a lot the stores are all opening earlier
-
Thanks
-
I honestly don't think people will RUN to get the video chairs. I could be wrong, but I would bet you'll be safe on getting that. Though its a great price, I doubt people will wait in line for those. Just Hurry your butt up at Walmart (haha) and get over there
