Does anyone know anything about the Seiki 32 inch tv? I was at Sears and this is the $99 black friday tv that says models variy by store. I want it for my 14 year old son's room. he'll mostly play games on it.

I called my nearest Sears today, in Dartmouth, MA. They said they are not opening on Thanksgiving Day due to Massachusetts/ blue laws.

Is anyone able to tell the brand of the $97.00 tv? It's a door buster on Thanksgiving. Thanks

I am on the telephone with TRU as I read your post. According to one of the customer service supervisor, TRU has changed its mailing policy with regard to the big book. It is only being mailed out randomly this year and not to all. I could not get put on the list eventhough I have been getting emails etc for years. She said there is no way to opt in for this year. Sorry

Doesn't the time they can open depend on location and city/state ordinances? Last year in MA, we went to a 24 hour Walmart for a sale we thought was to take place starting at midnight. They didn't open until 4 am because of the local ordinances.

Does anyone know if Hollister has a sale on Black Friday? I've never gone there on Black Friday.

The Fall River Massachusetts store told me they are opening at midnight (12:01 technically) on Black Friday.

Regarding the washer/dryer set on the front page. I bought this set two years ago when it was 479.00. It has served me well. I am very pleased with the set. I have had absolutely no problems with it. I leave the wahser door cracked open a bit as recommended in various articles, to avoid mildew/ musty smell. I have them stacked on the second floor of our house. They are on hockey pucks. I don't feel vibrations from them and they are very quiet. There is a noticeale difference in the cleanliness of the clothes when compared to the top loader I had. Hope this helps.

For those of us who shop in MA, the time the store opens is up to the individual town/city. The Toysrus in North Dartmouth will open at midnight on Friday, but the WalMart across the street in the same town was not given permission to open before 4am. Therefore, they are opening thier doors at 4 am for people to enter and line up, but no purchases until 5am. Same is true for the Fall River store.

okay, so I just learned what Zhu Zhu pets are and called my local Wal-Mart. They do not have them and will not have them as they are "saving them for a big shopping day like Black Friday." That's a quote from the service desk clerk. Don't know if it's tru but that is what she said. It was a Massachusetts store.

DramaQueenLucy, I purchased the Kenmore Elite last year. I read all the reviews but decided to take a chance. The washer and dryer run fantastic. I have not had any issues at all and it has cut my laundry time in half. I was careful to do the following: - put hockey pucks under the legs on each side. It help absorb vibration. My laundry is on the second florr of my house, no vibrations and it is quiet. - after washing a keep the door ajar just a little to prevent any musty smells that front loads often get. I have not hade a problem. Good luck
