one time a while back when i worked at walmart a customer returned a 6' tall gun cabinet in the box. they wheeled it in and sat it by cust. service desk. they never checked the box till the customer was refunded cash and gone. the box was empty but they were good at acting like it was heavy :g_doh:

well i got a reply from them and it is kind of humorous I in turn replied that they must not have read my email entirely because I did talk to a manager and she was no help. These people obviously do not care if a customer is happy

thank you everyone for your response. the link has an error so not sure if that is it but... i have already explained to my wife what happen so the element of surprise is gone. we have agreed we believe it will be a waste of time and probably just get more frustrating again with little or no results. it is unfortunate they treated a customer the way they did. so move on i shall but as i said never at kohls again.

Need to vent a little to see if this has happened to anyone else. I have been trying to get my wife a diamond heart bracelet they keep advertising in there ads. Been trying since BF. Every week I see it advertised and every week I go in to get it...... nothing sold out. They have not been able to get them . Frustrated as I am I ask a manager if they can have one brought in from another store that has them. She says yes but it might not be here in time for Christmas and I say fine. Then she goes to get paper to take down my info and says it would not be worth it for them to have one brought in. I am so furious by this point I take my son by the hand walk out. I then explain to my wife in which she becomes angry and we agree never again will we shop at that Kohls. Thanx for listening

I remember on Black Friday they were 5.00 each. but 6 is close enough for me again. so am i to presume they will not be open on the 26th since that day is not mentioned.

I went into Wal-Mart 2 weeks before black friday and put mine on layaway. went to pick it up on BF and had the same problems it was ringing up 79. not the sale price. The girl in layaway said it is because i got one that is not the advertised one. I argued for a little and finally got them to give me the sale price.

I have noticed Targets is 68.88 and Wal-Marts is 48.88. Nice thing about Targets is the extra game, charger and case. If I can get one at Target I will if not I will settle for Wal-mart since I have one on layaway already. Store I look forward to whichever has the best deals . Usually Wal-Mart or Target for me. Oh and Circuit City

It reached a high here of 3.09 a gal down now to 2.13 a gal. That makes it a little easier to swallow. More money for BF is always nice
